I think this is the best out there. This is my 3rd one and I would be lost without itYou will love itUse it almost every day, find it easy to use and maintain. The only problem is with the lettering disappearing. You would think for this price they would make lettering that is permanent.

I rated it 3 because my expectations were that the bristles wouldn't melt at high heat (though my expectations may be unrealistic). I use the brush to coat a fry or stir fry pan when cooking veggies. I can coat the pans when the heat gets too hot or else the bristles melt. I do like the brush though and it works better than any other bristles I've tried.Read Best Reviews of Boar Bristle Pastry Grill BBQ Basting Brush 2in #B003 Here

Cuisinart Omni Panel Versatile Grilling Surface
You may be considering buying the Cuisinart Simply Grilling Nonstick Grilling Platter, I would say, don't. No offense Amazon or Cusinart. This one serves the same purpose plus it adds so many more options. Why would you buy the other and turn around and wind up buying both when you can have the best of both worlds in one unit?
Okay, it costs more initially, soooo.... the point is? Especially if you wind up buying both? That's not cost effective.
Great multi-surface pan with so many interchangeable parts, only your imagination will stop you.
(P.S. By the way, men are not King of the Grill! Men come to my house for my delicious grilling. So, don't be afraid women of the world! Ha ha).The Cuisinart Omni Panel works great with my Cuisinart Gas Grill. Mostly I use it for shrimp/scallops and vegetables but it grills a mean trout on the plank ( the ones from the hardware store fit perfectly) and I have even baked a pretty good little pizza on it. Your not going to feed an army from it but for two to four people it is perfect.

Fire Sense Hotspot Notebook Portable Grill
I bought this grill for this summers motorcycle camping adventures. I can't think of a better use for this grill. Narrower main body section gives many options for tying down, and on my bike (a shadow 750) the bottom "foot hole" was able to go over and around my sissy bar and sit on my rack. Pretty sweet. 2 up camping now comes with a BBQ!
The Bad (at least for motorcycle camping):
It is a bit flimsy (but quite stable when open for grilling). With care, I am expecting to get about 50 or so BBQs out of it. After it falls apart I am planning to go to a metal shop in town and have it re-fabricated in some heaver gauge steel. I would be willing to have a little heaver (and smaller) grill for motorcycle camping if it was durable. The grilling surface is large. Expect to need about 3 pounds of charcoal to get it going well, 6 pounds (an entire small bag) of charcoal for a full grill to feed 4+ people. This makes it a requirement to setup camp, and then ride out to get groceries and charcoal. Messy.
I've BBQ'd for years and have to say the "action" on this grill is quite good. If you really have a need for an extremely portable grill, I would definitely recommend it. If you are just looking for a smaller grill for car camping or porch cookouts I would recommend the more traditional Coleman and Weber portable grills with a lid and better durability.I had been wanting a foldable grill and didn't even know they existed until I came across this one on Amazon. It not only saves TONS of space on my small patio but it delivers in quality of food too! I've had a few bbq's with this grill so far and the quality of food has been phenominal. I find the easiest thing to do is to buy one of those small charcoal bags that all you do is light it no need to open the bag. It fits perfectly in this grill. The cleanup is very easy and not messy at all. And I absolutely love that it folds up to be about 1/2" wide. It takes up no room at all on my patio. I gave up my Weber big grill for this one great decision!!! I highly recommend this grill as it is great for serving about 6 good sized burgers and about 4 hot dogs on the grill at the same time. When I had it delivered at my job a couple of co-workers had me open it and display it for them. Then after that weekend of testing it out, I reported the good news to them and they bought it too. If you're looking for a small portable, durable, inexpensive, & reliable grill -get this one!!!

It's an OK grill. Can't be moved with ease once lit. It's good for trips to the park with the way it folds up when not in use. I DON'T like the holes in the bottom because the coal dust falls out and this item cannot be put on say something (grass) that can go on fire. With the hole in the bottom there should be some sort of tray to catch the burned out coals that fall. I'm somewhat disapointed.Read Best Reviews of Fire Sense Hotspot Notebook Portable Grill Here
I bought this grill because I have a small RV camper with limited space. The grill worked great except the grill is on very top with no sides so hot dogs can easily roll off. Also after one use, the paint peeled off and looks terrible. Seems like they could have used heat resistant paint like other grills. Once nice thing is after you finish cooking, you can throw in a couple of small pieces of wood and have a small camp fire. It is made of very thin material so it cools off fast once you dump out the coals so you can pack it up for travel. It would be nice to have a carrying case as it is nearly impossible to put back in the box. Other than that is exactly what I have been looking for for years.Want Fire Sense Hotspot Notebook Portable Grill Discount?
PROS:Very light
Decent Price
Doubles as a Fire Pit
Easy to Clean
Takes up very little storage space, either at home or during your travels.
Uses charcoal or wood as a fuel
CONS:
Grill portion, not made of stainless steel chrome plated steel.
Product arrived with some damage to the sheet metal since I do plan to USE this and know it will get damage, I opted not to return.
I used a hammer and "adjusted" the metal.
Overall:
The perfect companion if you plan an overnight car-camping trip or overland camping trip in your truck.
You can use either charcoal or wood as a fuel.
The fuel grill is perfect that when the fuel is burnt, the ashes fall through to the bottom of the grill and with a poker (wood stick), you can remove it.
Also from that same access hole (on both ends), it allows air to enter and help on maintaining the burn of the fuel.
A well thought out portable grill.

Lodge Logic Pre-Seasoned Iron Griddle
I've had the non-preseasoned version of this griddle for about ten years. At first I was disappointed in the performance but over time it got better and better. Nothing sticks to it now. Cleanup is easy with just a quick wipe needed. The cast iron is so good at spreading the heat out that it has very even temperature.
Pre-seasoned is a bit of a misnomer. The "seasoning" process is never completeLodge Logic has simply jump started the process. It does get better and better. At first maybe only use it with an oil or with fatty foods. As time goes by the need for added oil goes down. I can make pancakes or french toast with no oil or butter. I generally give it a light spray of cooking spray though.
My only complaints are that with the grease gutter the total cooking area is somewhat small, plus pancakes will flow into the gutter if you aren't careful. I never use the grill side but from experience with my Lodge grill pan I'm sure it would do a great job.
I'm sure that this griddle will just keep getting better and better as the years go by. I can't say that for coated nonstick cookwarethat seems to have a life of about five years in my family.
Note that your burner spacing is important. This size has a cooking area (not including the grease gutter or handles) of 16-3/4" x 7-3/4". The overall size is about 21" x 9". It fits the stove in my camper and my Weber Gas Go-Anywhere Grill perfectly. It does not fit my stove at home or my Coleman propane stove because those burners are spaced 11" apart. For those stoves I am considering getting the larger Lodge griddle where the handles are inset. All the Lodge products are listed on the "lodgemfg" homepage. Since cast iron is heavy, shipping can be expensive so be sure you get free SuperSaver shipping.

Why? No loop handles on the pro griddle. Why does it matter, well the handles make it too long to fit inside your oven, or ontop of your stove. If you are running a camp, maybe these handles are the better way to go, for the rest of us, get the Lodge Pro griddle instead.

I am new to cast iron cookware and this is also my first stovetop griddle. I love that it's pre-seasoned, but even then, I managed to burn my pancakes on the first try. I'd turned the electric burners on to High: rookie mistake. Now I set it to Medium-High. Problem solved. My husband swears hamburgers taste better on this grill than in our George Foreman grill. The cons of this are characteristic of any cast iron cookware. First of all, it's HEAVY. Storing it was a problem until I found it fit perfectly in the drawer beneath my oven. And unlike a previous reviewer, I had no trouble with this not fitting in my oven or on my stove top (we have a slide-in range; it might not fit as well on a free-standing range where the temp control panel might get in the way). Maintenance is another issue, but care instructions are included, so read them carefully. You will need a metal scourer to keep it clean and lots of nonstick spray to keep it rust-free. I wrap my grill in aluminium foil after cleaning to keep it from getting everything else greasy.
Bottomline: cooks great, high maintenance, and lasts multiple lifetimes.Great grill, but after you follow all the instructions, add this info: pre-heat the grill and then coat it well with good canola oil. Then lightly coat the food you're cooking, too. I had a big mess to clean when I didn't do this. Great for rainy days when cooking outside doesn't work.

BBQ 2-in-1 Turner & Tong Tool, Extra Long
Still looking for the right one ...I ordered two of these, each came in from different sites. The one with the fork came in broken, bent beyond repair. The other works great, just the way I wanted. Great for flipping vegetables on the grill and hamburgers.

Cuisinart CSK-250 GreenGourmet 14-Inch Nonstick Electric Skillet
The vent hole in the glass top is too small. Water vapor stuffs up in this little hole and the lid starts to sputter all around the edge and all over the counter top. Cooking too fast? Well no. The temp control shuts on and off as most of them do, and so when it's in the on mode the pan gets a rush of heat and the top then sputters all over the place.
We have had the pan for about eight months, so perhaps cuisinart has corrected this problem. My grandma gave us a 12-inch square electric skillet in the 70s, but we hardly ever used it and eventually gave it to Goodwill. It offered no advantage over stovetop cooking.
My wife got the Green skillet for me last month. The 14 inch size makes it very versatile. You can brown a lot of mushrooms without having to batch-cook them. I'm sure it will fry a lot of chicken too.
The heat distribution is good. At 450 F, you can't sear steaks--leave that to 550F+ cast iron or Staub's enameled iron grill pans-but golden-browning is wonderfully easy to achieve.
For open-pan cooking, I would give it 4-5 stars.
I must however, subtract two full stars for the patently inadequate lid design. How many of us use lidded pans without using their lids to cook? It would be nice to use the Green skillet to steam, simmer or boil things, but the condensate on the lid underside flows directly to the pan rim, gathers, then bubbles, spits and drips all over the countertop and onto the temp-control module. I have to put a towel over the latter, not knowing if an electrical short could otherwise occur, and even then I have to wipe up the countertop afterwards. Or I have to "crack" the lid (which lessens dripping and directs it to one area). Not a fatal issue, but indicative of less-than-fully-thoughtful attention to functional detail by Cuisinart.
Two design modifications to the lid would greatly improve things. 1) a much larger vent hole with a sliding shutter to adjust the size of the orifice, and 2) a glass or metal circular rim on the underside running maybe a half inch from the lid's edge, to force lid-condensate to drip into the pan instead of flowing to the lid/pan-edges interface and sputtering out.
All in all, we're using this pan a lot, as it works really well for open-pan cooking, and then using the lid to keep food warm.

Although it initially worked well, this pan was a knock-off, not a Cuisinart item, as stated. The coating began lifting off after a few uses. The recipient contacted Cuisinart, which advised her of the propensity for sales on Amazon often being knock-offs. The parts come from the same source, but there are differences, such as the coating. (Cuisinart was very kind and, since she had the original receipt, allowed her to return the first pan at her cost and then shipped her a genuine cuisinart CSK-250, which definitely had a different coating.)Read Best Reviews of Cuisinart CSK-250 GreenGourmet 14-Inch Nonstick Electric Skillet Here
Nice large, deap, non stick, electric skillet with a heavy glass lid that has a vent hole in it. The only issue is that it has a small metal handle on the lid that gets very hot and you have to use a pot holder or oven glove to lift it when you want to stir the food. I would give this product five stars if they replaced the metal handle with a larger heat resistant handle.Want Cuisinart CSK-250 GreenGourmet 14-Inch Nonstick Electric Skillet Discount?
I have used it twice to make French Cruellers. They are fried in 2" of oil. The first time I set the thermostat for 325F and when the light went out I assumed it was up to Temp. Put my donut in and it just sat there. I tried the 350 setting but that didn't bring the temp up much so I turned it to 450 and was able to get the cruellers done.Today I decided to try it again. I put the 2 inches of room temp oil in the fry pan. Turned the thermostat to 350F. I checked it with a very trusty Thermo-Pen after 30 minutes and it was barely up to 250F. I finally turned the thermostat up to 450F and ONE hour later it registered 350 on my Thermo-Pen.
I feel there is something wrong with this skillet. I have many many Cuisinart products including all of their stainless steel cookware and I've been very happy with it. I would have written to the seller but haven't a clue who that is or how to find an email link for them.
