Received this, and it's much smaller than expected. It came with no instructions. The insert MUST be remove while cooking, or when ever the burner is fired, and long after. All pictures shows it installed during cooking. It will melt, and melt fast. Was going to return it, but I need the space on the boat.

Jaccard Home N'away Portable Stove

I was recently using this product at a party. It exploded, emitting an 8 foot flame that burned for over 3 minutes. Two of us were pretty extensively burned and my counter was damaged. We were pretty lucky, not to imply that this should have happened.

We were using it exactly according to directions. This product is an ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN.

Very light duty unit with a flimsy case. 3 out of the 5 units that I ordered came with loose screws that impacted their performance. Great Price...Guess you still only get what you paid for. Spend a few more dollars and get a better stove

These are pretty pans, heavy-sided and they look well-made. The pieces are the basics; two pots with lids, one straight-sided 2 qt and one slant-sided 1.5 qt, and three skillets, 10", 8" and 7" which are what you probably are going to use the most. And also some non-stick friendly tools.

However, after a few months of using the largest skillet, which is my go-to pan for most cooking, it has lost the ability to remain non-stick. If you don't use a lot of oil or butter, the bottom will stick. Then you are faced with the dilemma on how to clean out the stuck food--and if you don't do it gently, the pan will continue to deteriorate.

There is a lot to like about these pans, but I am not completely confident of the durability of this particular green coating (non-pfe, pfoa.) Perhaps this version has a poorer quality coating than some others.

Purchased three sets and both of the frying pans always stick, contacted HSN for help and they referred me to the manufacture, another run around save your money dont buy, trying to find out what went wrong so I can tell my sister and son what not to do but this was a MAJOR waste of money. I purchased the Todd english green pan square grill pan and from day one it definitely did not perform as a non-stick pan. I have to really scrub it to get it clean. Very disappointing. No more Todd English non-stick pans.

I purchased a similar Green-Life set at Walmart several months ago (for about $50, with slightly different pan sizes). Because I had read other reviews of other similar pans, I was very careful to NEVER use a green scrubby pad on them... and they have lasted beautifully and are amazingly non-stick.

I even accidentally burned up a pan of beans -I mean the beans turned to CRUSTY black carbon and the smoke poured until the smoke detector screamed -reminding me that I was cooking. I was really angry at myself, and put the smoking pan outside to calm the screeching smoke alarm. I didn't bother to bring the pan in for several days, assuming that I had killed it.

But, when I finally looked at it, I was amazed to find that the hard lump of 'blackened beans' pulled out in one piece, and the pan is fine! I especially love the (smallish) stock pot -came on here today to see if I could find a Green-Life stock pot a little larger, and a 3 quart saucepan. (The set I have comes with a very small saucepan and the (maybe 6 qt ?) stock pot... a little too small and a little too large for most of the cooking I do (just for 2 people).

This set offered here looks like it contains 2 larger saucepans -and I am excited to get more of the frying pans, which I use daily.

Statistics says that nonstick pans have a five year shelf life. This must be true as I have had a set that I purchased in 2007. Sadly, they are now breaking down. Everything sticks, they are hard to clean, and always look dirty. I am so sad by this as I loved them and they really were a good buy. It says a lifetime warranty, but where to send them in for a warranty replacement?

It is very easy to use and to clean up afterward. I find that for the most part, I set the heat on the highest degree level. One can grille anything desired on it and it comes out beautiful and delicious. Easy to slide the grills out for cleanup right under the sink facet Best indoor grille I have tried and I do not care for grilling out-of-doors.

I got a great deal from Amazon and it was listed as used but one would never have known it.

I used the grill the day I received it, in perfect condition and very well packed! The grill heats up very fast, and it grilled my food to perfection, including grill marks... Cleanup is a breeze, just wiped with a sponge. I highly recommend this product! Word of caution: Be careful moving the grill right after you turn it off...the outside (sides) gets VERY hot!

I bought another one for my son...he loves it too!

Purchased this grill through a special on HSN and although it arrived in a damaged set of boxes, I decided to try it out and I had experiences similar to others that are cause for my minimal rating.

First the Pro's

Now the Negatives.

*Although Temp reaches above 500 F it was only on one side of the grill and after putting food on it, it cooled down (way down) and never regained its searing level

Very Very Uneven heating,, one side of the grill was hotter than another and made it useless for creating strong grill markings on the proteins.

Even though you turn the knobs on each side of the grill to off, they both remain on and continue heating.

Surface temperatures were taken with an infrared thermometer and internal protein temps with a thermoworks probe and thus uneven heating was easily demonstrated.

Poor Quality Control/Design with yet another T-Fal product. (My 1st large Emeril Fryer also would not maintain its temperature and was returned for a refund) Surely T-Fal manufacturing should be able to tell that the grill has the above problems.

Overall, this grill is one of the worst I have yet used and I far more highly recommend the Wolfgang Puck Grill/Griddle as its ability to maintain temperature across the surface allows for superb hotcakes and fried eggs breakfast preps.

Nordic Ware Round Cooling Rack, 12 Inch Diameter

I had some round cake cooling racks but alas after all these year some of the wires were coming off and another reason for ordering...I only had two round racks. Sometimes I bake 3 round layers and I hate wrestling with the oblong racks for a round cake.

Was I surprised when these arrived. Large than my old pair...will hold the largest cake I'll ever bake..13" in diameter and teflon coated. I am delighted with the price and quality (what can you expect from Nordic?) of these mundane cake racks. Fast shipment also!

I bought this rack expecting it to be 12 inches in diameter, as listed in the product description and on the label. It's actually 13 inches across, which is too big for what I need. (I got it for the bottom of my water canner set, to sit under the rack for jars.) Very annoyed, so back it goes.

Minus one star because the description is wrong, but since I read the reviews I knew to expect about 13" instead. It's a great product, easy to clean, at a great price. Expect about 13" and you'll be happy.

I use this over a plate for resting meats after cooking. If you place meats directly on a plate after cooking, the juices will pool under the meat and melt any carmelized browning you may have achieved by searing. Using a rack allows you to keep your sear and still save all those yummy juices in the plate below so you can add to your pan sauce.

This cooling rack is sturdy and will handle large cakes well. It is larger than 12 inches as others have noted. and it's black matte finish is already rusting slightly.

I read other reviews from people disappointed that this cooling rack was bigger than the stated dimensions. Thanks to those reviewers, I knew what to expect and was in fact, happy about that. I've already used the heck out of these, cooling 6"-12" cakes, muffins, cupcakes and cookies on them. I love Nordic Ware and I appreciate that it is made in the USA. This cooling rack is a great product.

Tool Wizard Grill & BBQ Brush Wizard Grill Scrubber.

I found out that the GrillWizzard sold on Amazon is not the one tested by America's Test Kitchen.

This one gets hot and the scrub brushes fell apart after a few uses. I know that they are replaceable... but I expected them to last longer.

My experience with this brush is different than some users, apparently. The scrub pad on my Grill Wizard unravelled quickly and didn't do that great a job on its first or subsequent uses, either. And when it started unravelling, which was on the second or third use, it started leaving bits of the scrub pad on the grill. I would not buy this again or recommend it, and I'm sorry that I bought some extra scrub pads with the initial purchase to save on the shipping. The combination of Weber's "regular" brass brush and Weber's 21" T-brush works much better.

DON'T BUY THIS RIP OFF GRILL BRUSH! The makers of this cheap knock-off are trying to confuse the market by making a grill cleaning brush that looks like the real Grill Wizard (Google "Grill Wizard" to find the real company website). At first this brush used the SAME name (a trademark violation) as the original Grill Wizard. They changed the name but the brush itself is still violating the original patent!

This company is stealing someone else's idea, violating numerous federal IP laws and should be put out of business!

I'm not associated with either company (other than owning a genuine Grill Wizard) but the idea of supporting a company like this is unacceptable to me.

I use T-Brush and this grill pad cleaner to get a really sparkling grill before and after grilling. I have found that this scouring pad really makes the flat surface of a grill grate sparkle like nothing else. I found the first time I used it that the stainless steel shine came out on grill grates which were black from repeatedly using a flat brass bristle brush. The combination of the two grill cleaners really works on getting both the flat surface of the grill and in between the grates really clean.

In retrospect, I guess, what you are really buying is just a handle to hold a scrubbing pad. Not exactly rocket science. But the handle is long and sturdy, and it allows you to clean your grill while it is still hot, which is the best time to remove stubborn grit.

If you want to use this device by itself, for the grates on a gas grill, it wont do the job. It only hits the flat surface well. Buy this to supplement the brass bristle grill brush you already have so that you can get the grill sparkling. Then you'll be pleased with the results. It shouldn't be that hard to have a shiny grill, and this kind of brush makes it possible.

This brush is not the model reviewed by cook's illustrated. This model has a different mechanism for holding the scrub pad. This model has a plastic device that screws into the head through the pad and holds it with four arms. these arms limit the amount of the pad that actually comes into contact with(and cleans)the grill. This is inferior to the recommended model which holds the pad with two metal prongs through the side of the pad and therefore the entire surface of the pad is involved in cleaning the grill. The Cook's model also has a metal head while this model's is made of the same plastic as the handle. The company name is correct on the package, they must have gotten a new manufacturer.

BBQ Grill Towel

Like the other reviewer, I purchased this as a gag gift for a sun-loving family member. The towel is much smaller than most useful beach towels and the fabric is quite thin and rough. It served its purpose as the gag gift, but I'm not sure how well this towel will hold up.

I gave my lifeguard nieces and nephews this towel as a joke. We live in the Southwest where it's pretty darn hot, so you often feel like you're being BBQed. It's more of a novelty towel, as it isn't very plush. Great, fun gift!

I do not have this bbq. mine is an older 8 year old version of same built in bbq. I am looking to replace the smoking/wood chip burner and maybe some of the broken ceramic heating bars that still work but are cracked. Granite Ware 0528-4 Mini Grill Pan

When I got my new convection toaster oven, I bought this and the Granite Ware Mini Toaster Oven Cookie Sheet. This pan is great for heating up slices of pizza, making garlic bread, and basically cooking anything that benefits from a little air flow underneath.

I was hoping I could nest this on top of the cookie sheet, and also use it as a broiler pan. Unfortunately, it has sides that are a little deeper than the sides of the cookie sheet so, when you put this on top of the cookie sheet it rests on the bottom of the sheet with no gap, which makes it not useful for broiling.

The large GraniteWare Roaster/Broiler Sets are fantastic, and the small (but not toaster-oven sized) Pan Sets are almost fantastic (they would be fantastic if they didn't have the non-stick rack). I really, really wish Graniteware would make an even smaller roaster/broiler set for toaster ovens, like the Progressive International Pan but with an enamel finish. I can't be the only person who wants this.

Otherwise, this is a great pan.

I bought this to use in my convection microwave oven. I am sometimes challenged to find the right sized pan for convection cooking that will fit in the oven and still allow the turntable to rotate. This pan is just what I was looking for. I think it will be great for making baked frozen french fries.

I found these in a general store once and then had to go on the hunt to find a few more. Of course AMAZON, they have everything! We use these pans over firepits and on the grill to cook our pizza dough for our grilled pizzas. Cleanup is a snap. I use a little cooking spray and everything just scours right off!
