Sorry about the awful joke. Quality construct, good length, and excellent price. Does anyone still use those grill forks? Why pay for them in a set to get a spatula? This and a good set of tongs should cover most folks barbeque needs.

I'm very happy with this convection oven. It couldn't be simpler to use: place food, set temperature dial, set timer dial, and walk away. The heat is concentrated on the food so it cooks very quickly without heating the whole kitchen as is the case with a conventional oven.

One negative would be the lack of a comprehensive cookbook, but that's minor since you really will be following your old recipes.

I love this oven, I have had it about 6 months and my microwave has been unplugged that whole time I do not miss my microwave at all. The food tastes a lot better from this oven than it does from a microwave.

I've been wanting to try this type of oven since I saw the infomercial for a similar product. I was lucky enough to find it for $8.00 at a garage sale. I have made the best chicken ever with this product. I bought an already seasoned half chicken from the grocery store. I set the oven for about 325 degrees and kept an eye on it for about 15 minutes. The skin was crisp and the inside was the juiciest chicken I ever had. Better than any restaurant, surpassing the oven and the other convection oven, better than the rotissirie chicken you get at the supermarket. I have been experimenting with seasoning combinations.

I've also cooked a cheesecake that turned out great. Made a quick hot dogs and french fries for lunch.

Buy many items from amazon because I can read others reviews. I bought this item because of reviews, I have a sneaky suspision that the people who submitted those reviews all work for the manufacture of the product.

The machine peaks at three hundred, cooks poorly and is much slower than a conventional oven.

This oven is very convenient for relatively small quantities (2-3 persons), plus you don't have to turn the food for it to cook well. The problem I encountered is that at high temperatures, its fan hits something and becomes very noisy. It eventually stops and the oven effectively stops working then. It does it less often now, in part because I don't set the temperature to be very high. It cooks just as well, though, even like that and it remains convenient for cooking almost everything I can imagine.

My husband is the cook at our house, and he uses this every day for one meal or another. It cooks everything from Steak to potatos and greenbeans in no time. He just grabs the food from the freezer, layers it around the NuWave, and starts it up. 20 min later dinner is ready. You can cook the main dish on one level and the veggies on another so you have one "pot" to clean up after dinner. It comes apart easily for cleaning and has a beep to alert you that your food is ready that is loud enough to be heard on the next floor. You should also know that it is easy to get replacement parts for the body if you use it enough to wear them out.

I bought this product primarily to cook foods that have been frozen. So far all the items that I've cooked have come out tasting good and very juicy BUT they have definitely taken LONGER to cook than what is stated in the reference guide. The actual cooking times are better represented in the accompanying Nuwave recipe book. I'm still happy with my purchase though since, as formerly stated, the food comes out tasting good especially steaks which I love. Also, cooking in the Nuwave oven allows me to avoid heating up a much larger oven which saves energy and it's easier to clean. Again, just be forewarned that the cooking time (for me) was longer than stated. Bon Appetit!

The oven does cook longer than the suggested sheet says but the food is juicy. Works great on frozen foods I love it for cooking frozen fish. My main complaint is NuWave customer service I hope you do not have to call them they are short with you and do not take care of the problem. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I love this pan for cooking any thing, stew, frying a chicken even making soup. And it cleans ups so well your can not believe it. if you burn anything to it just add some hot water and soap place back on stove and reheat it up, let sit for about 15 minutes and whip out all the burned on stuff, it works. It you really did a job you may have to clean a bit with baking soda too. Best pan I have ever had. and I cook alot!

By far the best saucepan I purchased and looking forward to purchasing more products from Emeril the quality is wonderful. Nothing sticks and really easy to clean this sauce pan . I like to wash them fully than put them in the dishwasher to steam dry and the look like new each time.

As most others, I think this is a great pan and I cook a lot. But the reason I can't give it 5 stars is also stated by another reviewer. If you saute anything with gas heat at more than low, and who doesn't?, the sides of the pan scorch. I'll live with that because it's a great pan but it does take away a bit from the enjoyment.

This is a great pan. nice even heat distribution, perfect fo frying and big enough to make casserles or stews for a family of six or more. However the lid handle isnlt insulated from the lid istelf, so if you are simmering on the stove top for an extented period it will become quite hot and need a cloth or oven mit

We have used our jalapeno roasting rack many times this summer and we love it. We tried the recipe that came with it with some modification and it's very tasty prosciutto and cheese, how can you go wrong? The only criticism is the same as others we read peppers that fit the openings are hard to find. Never expected to be picking through the produce looking for the smallest peppers.

The holes for the Chilis are too small. It won't hold a decent sized Pepper.....They fall out of the hole. It would be better to split the Chilis lengthwise and lay them on a cookie sheet or piece of Aluminum Foil to roast them.

The roaster is a great idea, we love the peppers that we roasted with it, but we only used it once due to it's poor design. The holes are too small to securely hold most peppers, so you have to kind of jam them in an hope. It's also awfully tipsy when loaded with stuffed peppers. I dumped most of it's contents twice while filling it, and keeping everything upright on the way to the grill was a task, one pepper never made it! I'm looking at alternative products since the result was so enjoyable.

It's a great idea, we were really looking forward to roasted stuffed jalapenos. Unfortunately only the very smallest of peppers fit in the holes,others balance precariously dripping cheese. I would have preferred fewer larger holes. Will be looking for replacement now that I know they're out there.

Weber 3841001 Genesis E-310 Natural Gas Grill, Black

I am extremely satisfied with this grill. It is by far the best one I could find for the money. I considered buying it locally, but found out that I could buy it for $200 dollars less from Amazon.com. It would've been worth the extra $200, but why pay more than you have to.

I considered purchasing the E-320, but decided that the side burner was a feature that would probably never be used. Most people I talk to that have bought grills with side burners never actually use them. The E-310 is wonderful. It cooks evenly, has great control over temperatures, and is built to last. I can't imagine needing a new one for a very long time.

If I had to pick the bad part of this grill, I would be pretty hard pressed to come up with something. The only thing I can think of is that the burners run from left to right along the length of the grill instead of from front to back. This isn't a problem just different than what I'm used to. So as a result, you have to get used to having your indirect heat zones in a different place than you may be used to.

Shortly after I got it, we had a pool party where we grilled hamburgers and hot dogs for 20 people. I was able to cook all the meat for the crowd at the same time.

I would highly recommend this grill.

This product came un-assembled. It was boxed extremely well with no missing parts and good instruction. As with my previous Weber BBQ that I used for 15 years this is a high quality product.

Best of all it cooks great!

So far, this is the best BBQ I have used. In all fairness, most all BBQs I've had were pretty good from the start but in the past, they only seem to last about 2 years since the burners rust out (living near the coast). The longevity of the burners remains to be seen but the quality of the BBQ is pretty good and the strength of the heat and how evenly it is spread is better than my previous experience.

It was pretty easy to assembly (took about 2 hours) and everything was in the package. I would highly recommend getting the Weber cover from the start as well as other Weber accessories (the grill brush is the best I have ever seen and the reason I went with Weber in the first place).

It was shipped through Eagle and though I read some bad stories of late deliveries, mine was ready to be received exactly on the estimated date.

You will enjoy this medium level BBQ.

This grill is great looks great on the deck, feels very solid and substantial, and has a nice large cooking surface.

We received one incorrect trim piece in the package. Weber's customer service is very accessible; their phone lines are open long hours. We received a replacement part with no delay.

I'd give this grill five stars if it weren't for the following design flaw: the ignition switch parts are made of cheap, flimsy plastic. So flimsy that the third time we used it the ignition completely fell apart. (The grill was assembled by Barbeques Galore, so I assume they knew what they were doing.)

It was easy enough to re-assemble the ignition, but this seems like one of those parts that I will be replacing in a couple of years. If this were a cheap grill, I would not mind so much. But it's not a cheap grill, and at this price one expects quality parts.

Kind of frustrating, because Weber could have spent an extra dollar to use better materials and make a switch that would not be so flimsy...

My order arrived in record time and I was really looking forward to my FIRST plank cooked meal! I used an alderwood plank, followed the instructions with the plank and cooked 2 Talipia filets and a Swordfish filet. OH MY GOD! They were to die for! Great flavor, moist,and cooked to perfection. We will never cook fish any other way again! Since than, I've cooked beef, pork and other types of fish using both the cedar and alder planks and everything has come out absolutely outstanding. What make this a great value is you get both cedar and alder wood planks for a variety of flavors with different types of foods. I love the milder alderwood with fish but the cedar goes great with salmon and ribs. So play around with each type to suit your own taste but DO TRY PLANK COOKED FOODS! You'll never go back to plain old BBQ foods again! Great buy and one I will be repeating over and over again as we go through BBQ season (which is all year here in San Diego)!

I don't know if the Cameron planks are any better than others I've tried, but plank grilling is great. Cedar, Adler, and others are all good and impart a nice smoky flavor and aroma to all sorts of foods. Perfect for indirect heat on a gas grill. I've had great luck getting multiple uses from planks (soak 'em well), so per use cost is less than buying wood chunks for a smoke box. Different companies have slightly different dimensions, which could be important depending on the size of your grill.

Back in 2009 I posted a negative review on this product because the plank and my food burned to a crisp. I have since learned how to use the planks and I want to post this retraction. Here's the trick.

1. Soak the plank for at least an hours completely submerged.

2. Cook on indirect heat (burners off directly under the plank)

Jalapeno Pepper Grill Rack Set

This is a sturdy jalapeno pepper stainless steel rack for your grill. The rack works as advertised but you need to choose peppers of just the right size. If they are too big, they tip over. If they are too small, they fall through the holes.

Baste the peppers with melted butter and garlic salt. Use sharp cheddar cheese sticks for convenience. Roll the cheese in salt. Put a half stick of cheese in each pepper and grill at low heat until the peppers feel tender when grabbed with tongs. Yum!

Granite Ware 0528-4 Mini Grill Pan

When I got my new convection toaster oven, I bought this and the Granite Ware Mini Toaster Oven Cookie Sheet. This pan is great for heating up slices of pizza, making garlic bread, and basically cooking anything that benefits from a little air flow underneath.

I was hoping I could nest this on top of the cookie sheet, and also use it as a broiler pan. Unfortunately, it has sides that are a little deeper than the sides of the cookie sheet so, when you put this on top of the cookie sheet it rests on the bottom of the sheet with no gap, which makes it not useful for broiling.

The large GraniteWare Roaster/Broiler Sets are fantastic, and the small (but not toaster-oven sized) Pan Sets are almost fantastic (they would be fantastic if they didn't have the non-stick rack). I really, really wish Graniteware would make an even smaller roaster/broiler set for toaster ovens, like the Progressive International Pan but with an enamel finish. I can't be the only person who wants this.

Otherwise, this is a great pan.

I bought this to use in my convection microwave oven. I am sometimes challenged to find the right sized pan for convection cooking that will fit in the oven and still allow the turntable to rotate. This pan is just what I was looking for. I think it will be great for making baked frozen french fries.

I found these in a general store once and then had to go on the hunt to find a few more. Of course AMAZON, they have everything! We use these pans over firepits and on the grill to cook our pizza dough for our grilled pizzas. Cleanup is a snap. I use a little cooking spray and everything just scours right off! Love this product, love these pans. The dough cooks very evenly! I've already recommended them and friends/family have purchased! You won't be disappointed!
