Nordic Ware Grand Reversible Griddle

I purchased this griddle to cook meat and vegetables with score marks, similar to an outdoor grill.

First use: I had the heat on medium high and preheated the griddle. My raw meat was marinated in Italian dressing ahead of time. With cooking underway, the meat stuck to the griddle. I waited some time to give the meat a chance to release itself, just like I do outside on the grill. No luck I had to pry it off. Plus, the Italian dressing and meat juices scorched onto the recessed griddle areas between the grill ribs.

I spent ten minutes cleaning it with a sponge, scratch pad, and lots of elbow grease. Nearly impossible to clean in between the grill ribs. The griddle itself does not fit in the dishwasher, so forget that idea...

Returned it for a refund.

This was a shot in the dark. Make sure not to cook more than 4 slices of bacon at a time, the grease will collect and get almost over filling with 6 slices. Be very careful when it gets full of hot grease. Eggs cook ok. There are better units out there.

Great way to cook for my family without the large electric gridle to store. The heating is not exactly even between the two burners but much better than I expected. Great product.

Smart Bbq Remote Grill Temp Meter

This tenperature monitor is great, it gives me the freedom to take care of other dishes so I dont have to watch whats cooking. Lets me know when my meat is ready to come off the grill cooked to perfection.....

Works well only problem I bought several I figured I could use it on different types of meat at the same time but they all transmit on same frequency so that didn't work out too well. I guess all of the remote temp meters work the same so I just use the remote on meats that cook fastest and wired on longer cooking meats. Still I don't have to stand by BBQ till it's almos time to remove meats.

I bought this ash can to use for the doggie trash bags. The smell in the large utility can was too strong to tolerate until pick-up day. This way, the firm construction and tight lid keep Fido's refuse secure and the garage odor-free. Great product!

A strong can but it is small. Hard to get an idea how big it is from the description.

Description states that can holds "up to 15 pounds" of charcoal briquettes. This is untrue as the can is not large enough to hold even half of one standard bag of charcoal. What's more the can is thin and arrived misshapen, resulting in a misfitting lid.

You put stuff in it....and the stuff stays there! And just in case you are afraid the stuff might come out, it has a lid...and that works too! You put it on, and it covers the can....very nice...very nice indeed!
