This panini maker is awesome. Weighs a ton but that is because you get two solid cast iron grills top and bottom. This is heavy duty stuff. However, it does not take up more space than a regular grill because it is taller, not necessarily wider. After reading the reviews about snap on grills of others and losing heat top/bottom, there was no way I was going to chince on a non-commercial grill. This is the only way to go.

Dial Grill Surface Thermometer

Always a shot in the dark when grilling. I hope this will tell me what temp is for my ribs and roasts. Can't wait to give it a try. I'm not sure I shouldn't have gotten a magnet one but I'll figure that out if it falls in the fire. Till then my grilling should improve

I used the kit for putting in remote igniters on my brewing kettle. No more leaning over and trying to get a lighter in.

I had been looking for a retrofit kit to fit to my two gas rings and oven in the caravan and after much looking on the web came across the GrillPro.

I was a little worried about ordering from the USA but as it was via Amazon I thought I could not go wrong. Their service was very good and delivery was very fast with out hassle.

Yes, you need a little engineering knowledge to be able to fit to the gas rings, drilling a couple of holes etc and time to fit it to an exisisting system but well worth it in the end.

The gas rings and oven now light with out having to mess around with matches or pizeo lighters.

My wife is very pleased and that is a great plus point.

I bought this for use not as a replacement but to equip an old commercial gas griddle with push button ignitor. The only issue I had with it is that the wires connecting to the spark lead will arc through their insulation to nearby metal if that presents less resistance than arcing through at the end of the wire. All in all its well worth the money, would definitely recommend it

I actually used two of these to convert a pilot lited gas range to a sparker lighted gas range and after MUCH adjustment and difficult arrangements I finally got them to work. Now it's working GREAT! No more matches and no more blown out pilot lites.

HOWEVER, let me assure you I am fully aware that I am using the igniter for a use it wasn't actually intended for but NONE of the problems I had have anything to do with that. The probes are mounted next to a gas burner just as they would be in a BBQ, the system is grounded just as it would be in a BBQ, and the Push Buttons are installed just as they would be in a BBQ. The problems came from the flimsly construction of the probe wires and connectors and the inadequate insulation around the wires. I had to make sure the wires remained free of any grounded parts in the range, even though the wires are insulated, or a spark would arc from the insulated wires to the grounded areas. Worse, the probes themselves would arc from the bottom of the probe, around the ceramic insulator, to the connector wire connector underneath the probe. I had to coat the ceramic insulators with silicon insulation at the base of the probes to prevent the arcing. I also added silicon to the insulated wires wherever I was unable to keep them sufficiently away from grounded areas. Once I overcame the frustration of all the extra mods and maneuvering, and got the igniters installed properly, they worked GREAT!!! My wife is a happy camper now that there is no more smell of gas when the pilot blows out, which happened often, and no more need to raise the range lid and relight the pilots. Also, the batteries seem to last forever but even when they're ready for replacement, it's an easy one minute process.

It's too bad GrillPro didn't spend an extra 50 cents or so on better insulation or this rating would be a five star.

The ONLY negative on this beautiful set of BBQ utensils is the the velcro straps. Normally you can't get me away from velcro but that's my challenge. As it applies to this bbq set ... We love these platters!!! We also have a large one for cooking several items. The only thing we don't like is the appearance of the platter after using the shortening on it. It turns a golden brown and will not come back to its original metal appearance.

This platter is large enough for a steak, but no side dishes. My only problem here with Amazon is the price. Usually Amazon is so good, but these exact $25 platters here--today they're $45-are available on the Home Depot site for $8. There they call them sizzling platters and can be a little hard to find, but certainly worth the search for the price difference.

Of all the broiler pans I searched for, this was the best fit for my large toaster oven. Exactly 11 7/8 x 9". Great find!

I bought this for my toaster oven, keeping my fingers crossed that it'll fit (which it did, perfectly! ). The top plate with holes is more or less a permanent fixture in my oven, as its easier to clean than oven racks, and I use the bottom pan as a baking dish. I like that it's stainless steel,which is supposed to be a safe metal to cook/bake in and yet easy to clean.

I would have given it 5 stars, had it not been for the somewhat sharp sides. Otherwise the quality seems to be good. Get it!

Tried stick free coated pans and they only worked for a short time. I decided to go the "old fashioned way" and searched for a stainless steel pan. Could not find any in stores. Internet search brought me to this pan. I love it and plan to buy the larger one.

I am looking into purchasing one from The Vermont Country Store because Amazon does not seem to carry the one I want to replace this one with.

Cleaning this pan is quite a chore, getting into all those nooks is not easy, it is awkward.

I'm not happy at all with this design.

I am looking to purchase one I've seen which has a more simple design with slots that looks much, much easier to clean.

This is the second broiling pan that if been unhappy using.

This was my 1st food thermometer purchase, so I cannot compare it to others. The item is ok. It gives a reading with colors, but it can be confusing, as when the meat is rare it does read red, which is ok, but when it is med, it seems all the colors appear, not sure if that is ok with me. But I just started to use it. Perhaps I might prefer something that gives a readout with actual temperature

Microhearth Grill Pan for Microwave Cooking, Red

I am so happy with this item. In just a few minutes it gives food a rich blackened sear. I am just learning how to regulate it but it has been great for broiling eggplant brushed with olive oil. And today I made a grilled cheese. I think I am adding a bit too much oil which adds more char. Next I am going to try a burger. The char is delicious though especially on the eggplant when mixed with a little tahini.

I bought the red one which is very attractive and exciting especially when the dish is brought to the table, the lid lifted of and the food is sizzling and steaming. The pan is large enough to hold two burgers or two sandwiches.

Just wipe clean after use. it's a cinch.

After less than a year of wonderful service the handle on the lid has come off with the ceramic piece holding it in place on the inside crumbling. Impossible to repair. I am in disspair with no way to contact seller. Perhaps someone has a suggestion? I did nothing wrong, nothing out of the ordinary. Pan is merely wiped clean no dishwasher.

I am changing my review back to 4 stars mainly because i love this pan so much and customer service has just replaced the lid for me.

So impressed with the 1-1/2 qt. round pan I purchased the grill pan as well as the 2 qt. dutch oven.

Don't always plan meals in advance. By the time I'm ready to eat, too late to cook something that requires

a lot of time or thawing. The Microhearth pans to the rescue.

The grill pan as well at the Microhearth round pans will cook a frozen piece of meat, chicken or fish in no time

just takes a few minutes longer than if not frozen. Using the Grill Pan you do get the grill lines on the food

just as if you had used a grill. Also easier to clean than my indoor electric grill.

Can make a homemade soup in the 1-1/2 qt. or 2 qt. round pans, depending upon how much I want to make, in no time

(approx.10 to 13 minutes). The house smells like I had cooked the soup all day long.

My extra thick rolled oats cooks in 6 minutes. Before had to wait for the water to boil on my stove,then cook the

oatmeal for 20 minutes took almost 30 minutes.

Clean up for the cookware is a snap. Really love these microhearth pans.

Don't like fish or chicken that's too dry? This grill does "moist" perfectly. 7 mins. on the button cooks salmon filets that are succulent and flavorful. A little drizzle of olive oil, some spices, and a TBS or so of liquid (this is a must, for some reason, when you use this grill pan-use water, wine, whatever). I've also made grilled asparagus in the pan, which comes out perfectly, with lovely brown grill marks tastes just like I've grilled in the oven. For wonderful home-cooked meals in a few mins., and incredibly fast, easy clean-up, this is hard to beat.

After going through the 5 star reviews of this item, The Microhearth Grill Pan, we decided to order it. We don't use a barbecue so we don't grill on our deck; neither do we grill on the kitchen range. So this seemed like the perfect answer when we want hamburgers. It works as the reviews promised. The burgers are nicely done and without any grease spatter. Clean up is easy as the lid is dishwasher safe. The pan, however, must be handwashed a minor inconvenience. Overall, my wife and I give it a solid "thumbs up."

I told my sister about this ,she ordered it and every time I talk to her she thanks me for the find. I ordered another one just in case. This pan is awesome. When you cook in here you don't have the mess on your stove. Easy clean up. I cut up red potatoes in shreds and put a little oil on them and they end up so crispy. I have pounded chicken breasts and put cheese and ham and rolled them up and fried them in the pan. Zucchini fried. It is just endless. Good sturdy construction I also bought the round 1 1/2 qt and 2 qt. love them all.

I needed a small sauce pan with a nonstick surface for Malt-O-Meal and cream of potatoe soup. I was tired of the the difficulty in cleaning my regular pans when the stuff gets burnt to the bottom. It was not easy to find a small sauce pan with a non-stick surface. It works great is extremely easy to clean. A little bit more pricey than a typical pan but worth it. One odd design flaw: When the pan is empty it will tip over unless the lid is on to weigh it down.

This is by far the best grill we have ever purchased. It has become so much easier to prepare for direct or indirect heat for grilling. And the ease with which the grill ignites is fantastic. I initially thought that the grill was not lighting. We would get the ignition flame and when we released the knob to set the temp it seemed as though the flame was going out. The grill was on but it was a very sunny day and the flames were so blue they were hard to see. Love the weight gauge for the propane tank. No more guessing how much fuel is left. This is my "Bucket List" Grill.

You know, the thing about grills is that you can purchase a new one every year or two because many of them just don't last. This grill on the other hand is awesome and will hopefully last me a long time. I thought about how much money it was and wasn't sure I could spend that much on a grill. Then thought about how many grills I have bought in the past...and realized that hopefully over the next 5 years or so it will pay for itself. Quality is the way to go. It's worth the extra bucks.

I've only had it for a little over a year now but have used it many, many times. It's great for big BBQ's. It's a very large grill surface and also the rotisserie, which is a great option! I bought a cover for it that fits very nice (also from Amazon) and has kept it in good shape over the winter.

I received the grill only within a few days. The gentlemen that brought it did a great job at getting it up onto my deck. Usually my husband would be doing the assembly, but I couldn't wait to get it together and he wasn't home when it was delivered. So I broke it open and within 45 minutes I had it all put together. Ordered the product on a Sunday evening, received it the following Wednesday. Living within a 250 mile radius of the shipping company's warehouse probably helped. Arrived on a pallet, delivered right to my garage. Some assembly required but no problem doing so. Instructions were easy to follow.

This grill is all that is advertised to be AND MORE. Have cooked steaks, chickens, and fish, all with no problem. I have owned other grills but none that are as efficient as this Weber grill. I am sure that this grill will easily give me many years of outdoor cooking enjoyment.
