Great for a charcoal grille, but not functional for a gas/propane grill with a warming rack above the cooking space. For that, you need a brush with a longer handle so you won't burn your hand.

Have used charcoal grills for many years and the food has been very tasty but clean-up can be a real chore. I have worn out many of the grill brushes that have been sold through the years. They never seem to last very long and their cleaning ability has been average to poor. This product cleans my grill grate better than any I have used in the past. The dense amount of stainless steel bristles work to remove the solids left over from cooking much better than I had experienced in the past. The handle is solid and angled to help make the job easier and faster than other brushes I have used. I imagine it would work equally as well on gas grills so you might want to give this product a try. I have not had this brush very long so I cannot speak to its ruggedness and longevity, however it does pass the eye test for a product that is solid and well made.

I have had this pot for a month and so far I am in love. You don't even have to use oil for your cooked food to slide around. So far no pealing of the surface. When the pot cools I give a quick brush with soap but really there is barely any cleanup. I have to say, I thought this pot would be utilitarian looking from the photo, but actually it is very handsome. I leave it on my stove and guests also think it is good looking. Its pretty lightweight too, considering the size. Not feather weight, but I can lift it easily enough with one hand on the handle, tip the pot over a plate, and slide the cooked food off with just a little push from the spatula. The bottom of the pot has a fairly wide flat area for a wok. That's ok with me... I actually use it to fry a couple large chicken legs in it, or a couple pieces of french toast.

Don't get me wrong, the grill is great the first few times you use it. Cleaning is easier the first few times due to the fact that its brand new. Once I tried cooking meats that were heavier on the marinade, the cast iron grill gets quite messy and hard to clean. After a few more uses,I should be somewhat slick but that comes with time.

Only buy this if you normally put a really hot pan on the table for serving and need to handle it often before it cools down. (It may be a much more minor hazard if you use an electric stove.)

Not so high tech, as it claims. One would expect that this item would be purchased for cast-iron type pans with very hot handles. Otherwise an ordinary potholder would do. So -If you are cooking something that requires regular handling/shaking of the pan, you would want to be able to leave it on the handle. But you can't -because it is not flameproof. Mine caught on fire the first time I used it. So -it's no better than a regular potholder.

I originally bought this model grill thinking I'd use it a couple times a week due to the easy use and cleaning I've seen with other models. I was very wrong. I've found that instead of dripping into the little plastic tray, the grease runs down the curved bottom of the grill and eventually creates a big mess of the counter-top. I really wish I had gone a size bigger. If you are planning to grill decent sized chicken breasts, you have to do it one piece at a time. Finally, it heats very unevenly. Place two burgers on it at the same time and the burger on the right will be slightly burnt while the left burger is barely done. All these things combine into me using this maybe once a month if that, because I don't want to be bothered with the mess and inconvenience.

We bought this less than 6 months ago and my wife just threw in the trash. Consistently leaks grease while cooking that comes out under the grill behind the grease pan. This model is an update of one we used for many year until the heating elements failed. Whatever they did in updating should not have been done. "If it ain't broke don't fix it!" I wish I could give it zero stars. I take the blame for not returning it before the deadline. A real piece of crap.

This is the worse George I ever owned. ONLY good thing about it is the grill plates only are easy to clean up, removable so you can soak then wipe clean. This is my 3rd George by the way. I do minute steaks on them and they are the best. BUT I can only do one at a time and it takes a long time to reheat so I can do the next. Making my minute steaks 5 minute steaks. The mess after on the counter after MANY attempts to reposition the drip tray is all over. The bottem of the machine is covered from it trailing down the bottem. Id give it an extra star for ease of cleaning the plates but because of the mess you have to cleanup on counter, not gonna happen. Not worth the money, just my opinion

I had a prior electric grill that was bigger but was hard to clean. The removable plates are a must for me. I also like the wide hinge. I am thinking of getting a second one to be able to cook meat on one and veggies on the other. This is the easiest dinner and my kids love it. The only thing I find that is an issue is the I have to flip the meat or the top tends to get burned.

I really wish I had read these reviews before I bought the GRP46R model grill. This was our third George Foreman grill..first on had the bun warmer top..the second was much larger. Since it is just the two of us I thought the smaller size and removable grill plates were just what we needed. The first time I grilled burgers the grease ran down the slope and onto my counter top. I thought maybe I didn't have the tray up close enough, but that was not the case. This spatula looks good and is well made. My complaint is for outdoor grilling the handle is too short, and there is no beveled edge across the "front" edge to make it easier to release the fish from the grate.

This Spatula was a gift for friends in Europe. They are very happy with it. We got so see it in action while visiting. They had a fish fry for a very large crowd.

Gourmet Classics Cupcake Junior Chef Apron

The quality is good, the fabric is a nice weight... it is a real cooks apron in a junior size -not a toy apron. I worried about the size maybe being too small but it seems that "junior" is the right way to view it.

My 11-year old niece will love this apron. She loves to help out in the kitchen with me and once a week makes dinner for her family with her Grandmother. I wear aprons when I cook and my niece has been my assistant in the kitchen since she was a very little girl. When cooking with me, she loves wearing an apron. Gave this as a gift. Mother says it works really well and saves her back from bending into the oven or fire pit. The settings are easy to use and as far as I know it has been accurate in temperature. Good sturdy product.

Tumbleweed Pottery Double Chicken Cooker

I got one of these at a retail store, because it seems like a good idea, and a better way to cook a chicken. Unfortunately, despite following the directions, and putting the cooker into a cold oven, it cracked after several uses. Tumbleweed pottery was kind enough to send me a new one, but this one, too, cracked after several uses, even though I followed the directions. This product just isn't fit for its intended uses. I have seen something about a beer can chicken stand that I intend to get, so I can cook chickens propped up like this, because it is a good idea.

I really liked the chicken cooker. I wish there ahd been more instructions. I did exactly as was written on the box. The chicken cooked wonderfully and was delicious. But while the chicken was cooling on my counter top the cooker cracked and juice ran all over the counter. I have no idea why the cooker cracked. I only got t o use it one time,so I'm upset theat it cracked, and wish I new why.

Wolfgang Puck Multi Position Tri-Grill Panini

Its good for making panini's but takes a long time (around 15mins) once the grill has been heated up (which takes another 15mins to reach a good temperature). It great for paninis but not good for much else. I wish the multi-position allowed you to chose the height of the position instead htere are only two settings flat and float which is at around 3inches above the lower grill.

Overall its a good buy but generally good only for paninis. Otherwise a conventional oven is good for the rest of the heating, toasting needs.

Loved how the grill gets rid of the fat and the thing holds lots of it in the pan below as well. the grill gets hot faster then some others cleaning is great with the tool that comes with it and the dishwasher.

Zojirushi EA-TAC35TK Gourmet Sizzler Electric Griddle

This seems to be a great unit. So far it cleans well without chipping, which was my biggest concern when ordering. One small problem is that there is a space between the cooking unit and the base unit which allows food to spill through.

The biggest concern I have to pass on is that this unit is really BIG. The description mentions that the cooking surface is 13.7", but does not mention that the base unit is 18.5" wide, so make sure you have a space to store it. I had to store mine in my oven.

In my experience, the manufacturer, Zojirushi, makes well-designed products with one or more innovative features that set their products apart from others. In this case the safety features stand out.

This large skillet comes in five pieces. The glass lid, the durable skillet with its titanium ceramic coating, the hot plate base, the plastic base in which everything else fits, and the temperature control plug. Everything comes apart for easy cleaning, so even though there is a large gap between the skillet and the base (otherwise it would melt) spills clean easily.

Because there is a large insulating base, you don't need to worry about damaging your counter tops even though the skillet heats up to 480 degrees. The plug cannot be inserted into the hot plate base unless the skillet is in position on top of the hot plate, and once it is plugged in the skillet locks in place. In other words, it is impossible to expose the hot plate while hot unless you specifically circumvent the safety features.

The unit comes with a little metal spatula, so yes, you can use metal utensils on the non-stick surface. The temperature gauge takes a little algebra to figure out, but the dots are set at 40 degree intervals starting from 280 up to 480 with a somewhat vague area labeled WARM.

The surface is large enough to cook and entire breakfast for one. Three medium sized pancakes... a batch of french toast... hash browns on one side and scrabbled tofu on the other. Just make sure your coffee pot isn't plugged into the same outlet or your could trip a fuse.

I also use the skillet for dinners, stir-fries and such. Because of the two-handle design and flat surface, two utensils and a little patience are required to scoop loose food out. I also fry up batches of chickpea cutlets, eight at a time, so I imagine one could fit quite a few cuts of meat together.

When I'm done, I let the unit cool, wash it up and store it in a large space underneath my counters. A full kitchen might have trouble accommodating the skillet, so a few pots and pans might need to be thrown out. Who needs them, anyway?

All in all, this skillet has alienated my electric stove. I use the stove for baking and for sauces but everything else goes into my sizzler.

Well, I needed to replace my old skillet that died. After hearing about the horrors of Teflon and other non-stick coatings that can come off and toxify foods, I conducted research into alternatives. I could not be happier with the titanium ceramic surface of this skillet! I use it all the time and with metal utensils, and it looks just like new. It is soooo easy to just wipe clean. It all disassembles easily so cleaning is not a problem. I saw in another review that there was a crevice food could fall into and not be reachable and I'm thinking that person must not realize it all comes apart. I love the size -just a little larger than most others. I highly recommend this skillet!!!

After just a few uses the surface started to flake off. I contacxted Zojirushi, and was told to return it to Zojirushi (I paid the shipping, $28.40), it was "repaired" and again after just a few uses, it PEELED off. I followed all the instructions and was very particular with it, but... I have several other Zojirushi products that I am happy with, but this one was a big disappointment.

Charcoal Companion Non-Stick Shaker Basket for Grilling with Rosewood Handle

We had this exact basket in steel and the food stuck horribly. After finally pitching it, I decided on this one hoping the nonstick would prove easier to clean. So far, its been wonderful.

I do have to say that the handle is weird the last handle snapped into place and made it easy to shake the basket. There is no shaking going on with this handle. Use a spatula to stir or flip the food.

This Basket is a good size.

I am not a fan of the way the handle works. Two prongs fit into the squares of basket. The one my friend has (who received it as a gift), has a handle that slides on to two short posts that stick out from the basket area. A pushbutton releases the handle. His was a higher gauge steel wire,not coated with non stick.

Personal opinions. I like it, though there is a better quality one out there. Just can't find it. Many people will like this product.

As advertised and listed. I really like this gauge, it works great. I replaced my old one with this bigger and easier to read unit. I had to modify my mounting hole slightly, but it works great!

Good quality. set oven to 225 degrees and put thermometer in the oven. 10 minutes later gauge was at 225 degrees +/2 degrees tops!!! This on top of the great price rates it 5 starts for me.
