This griddle is NOT part of the Nouvelle Copper line, despite what Amazon's listing says, therefore it is not suitbable for an induction cooktop. It does NOT work on an induction cooktop. Now I will return it.

We received our Griddle in early January about the time of the other post. We did not use our griddle until Feb. 22 and as stated by another reviewer this is not for induction cook tops. I am surprised that Amazon did not change/correct this listing in January. According to Anolon's web site they do NOT make a griddle suitable for induction and we are hoping that we can find another brand.

Amazon's description is wrong on this griddle it is not part of the Anolon Nouvelle Copper Series it is part of the Anolon Nouvelle Series these are different please check the web site. This error aside the this is a very nice product as are all the Anolon Hard Anodized products but please also note that it is not compatible with an induction stove as the Anolon Nouvelle Copper Series products are compatible with induction type stoves.

This is a really nice looking set which comes in a nice case. Unfortunately the tongs don't grip food too well as they are a bit slippery. I haven't used the other tools yet. I'm not sure I would purchase this item again but hopefully the tongs will improve with use.

Ordered as a gift and didn't even unwrap the tools. The case was dinged and the handle broken off and loose in the box. Way to low quality to be given as a high end gift. A piece of garbage.

It's time to shop for Christmas. My sister has a pig motif in her kitchen. We both cook from scratch, grow a garden, and grill outside. Corn on the cob is served often at our home. I had some shaped as a cob, with one pointed blade like a long stick pin. The corn cob rolled, making buttering a chore. I am so happy I found these useful little holders. Super Scrubs, replacement scrubbies for the GrillScrubber barbecue grill brush.

We ordered these as replacement pads for our Grill Wizard brush. They fit well, but after just a few months of winter use they're not holding up as well as the Grill Wizard pads. They do cost less, which is why I decided to try them. the problem is that they don't contain as much steel and have become matted and are beginning to shred. I can't recommend them.

Excellent product. Works exactly as described. I have been using these for years and just ordered another set. I will continue to use these. They clean the grill to like new condition.

This is not non-stick.... Even with oil everything would stick to it... Cleaning is impossible... I cleaned it after letting it set in water overnight... And the coating peeled off... It was just horrible... Threw it out after the second time I used it... Not worth buying....

I bought it for $10 a few years ago. This is great if you can "cook" at work. Just throw a frozen hamberger patty and you have something to eat in 10 mins. But the surface is really small, so you can only cook small quantity at a time. Also cleaning is not as easy as they say. You can't throw it in the dishwasher. The grill outside gets sticky from the greasy fume so in that respect it takes more work to clean. Inside is pretty much wiping off the juice and the residue but I use soapy water and a sponge so I have to do that a few times as well. If you are single, live in a bachelor/studio or stove-less environment like a student, this is a great addition to a microwave.

Thin-sliced chicken cutlets cook flawlessly within a couple of minutes. Steaks cook to perfection, while retaining their natural juices.

I've grilled raw potato chunks tossed in olive oil and onion and garlic powder. Delicious. I've cooked vegetables on this grill.

This grill easily makes a hearty meal for two people. Hamburgers take a fraction of time to cook compared to my outdoor gas grill. They are excellent. Cooking one burger? Toss a thick onion slice on the other side of the grill. I easily fit two burgers on this grill, as well as two small chicken breasts.

Nothing sticks. If you wipe the grill down while it's hot, you'll never have to scrub, not even BBQ sauces that love to cling to metal surfaces. Clean up is even easier with the plastic grill cleaning provided, so don't lose yours like I did mine.

If you can't clean the grill right away, plug it back in later until it gets warm. The burnt stuff will soften and wipe away with a cloth or sponge.

It's an excellent purchase for people who like to grill food when it's snowing or raining outside.

Many friends had told me this was a great product but I had my reservations. Finally I bought one. My husband and I both love it. We use the enclosed recipe book for ideas. Chicken is tender. Panini (our ordinary grilled cheesese have been upgraded ;) ) are delicious. Easy to use for a quick hot lunch or dinner.

It only fits one sandwich or chicken breast at a time, but I can fit two burgers. I like the smaller size because it is easier to store.

Cleaning is the area that I won't rave about. It is not that difficult, but it takes more than throwing it in the dishwasher (which you can't do).

To clean the outside I spray with windex when it is cool.

I GOT A GREAT TIP TO CLEAN THE INSIDE:

As soon as you are finished cooking, unplug the grill and put a damp paper towel in the grill. After you are finished eating the food will be ready to just wipe off with another piece of paper towel.

I HIGHLY recommend this product, but if you have a large family I would suggest getting a bigger one. This one is great for singles and couples.

These Foreman grills are nice. Do a nice job, separates the grease, Even cooking, but don't buy the hype on size. This grill will fit ONE burger at a time, not two. (unless you have pixie burgers) Buy the bigger models, preferably with that removable dishwasher safe grills

George Foreman GR10A Champ Grill

We've used the George Foreman Champ model and the George Foreman Grilleration model. Since there already so many reviews of the Champ here's a comparison of the Champ versus the similar, but larger, George Foreman Next Grilleration:

Cleaning: The Grilleration grilling plates come off and go on easily, and cleaning them in the sink or dishwasher is a breeze. The base unit doesn't even get dirty! The Champ has fixed plates and the unit can't be submerged, so cleaning is much more difficult.

Cooking area: Grilleration: 72 sq. in., large enough for 4 hamburgers.; Champ 42 sq. in., large enough for 2 hamburgers.

Fat dripping: Both units drip into the provided tray with no leaking out the back or sides.

Floating hinges: Floating hinges on both units allow varying thicknesses of food to be held tight on the top and bottom.

Weight: Although the Grilleration can be hefted with one hand (if you have big hands), it's much larger and heavier than the light and petite Champ.

Thermometer & temperature control: Neither unit has these, but they aren't needed for most things. Price is lower as a result.

Both units offer an easy, fast, and inexpensive method to cook many foods: (chicken breasts, burgers, hot-dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc.).

Taste of cooked hamburgers & chicken: The first time we used a Grilleration to cook hamburgers, we put them on when the temperature light said the grill was hot (around the 7 minute mark), as per the instructions. Instead of grilling the burgers, it slow-cooked them. We suspected this was happening, since there was no "sizzle" sound while cooking. The worst of it was, the burgers had almost no taste, as though they had been baked. Next time, we let the grill heat up for a full 15 minutes before putting the meat on. The plates got much hotter, and, as a result, the burgers sizzled. They also tasted much better.

Even pre-heating for 15 minutes, this Grilleration doesn't get as hot as the Champ. The Champ is ready to start in 7 minutes and cooks faster (because it runs hotter). The Grilleration doesn't stay as hot during the cooking cycle as does the Champ, especially if the grilling plates are covered with food (e.g., 4 hamburgers). This is easily discernable as the "sizzle sound" dies out as the cooking progresses. There are two reasons why the Champ gets hotter:

1. The Next Grilleration heating coils heat the sealed base unit, and transfers heat to the removable grilling plates, which are touching the base unit. The Champ system is more efficient, as its heating coils directly heat the non-removable plates.

2. The 760 watt Champ cooking area is 42 square inches, or 18 watts per sq. inch. The 1000 watt Next Grilleration cooking area is 72 square inches, or 14 watts per sq. inch. (That's 1000 claimed watts. According to my Kill-a-Watt meter, the Grilleration actually draws 955 watts.)

The Grilleration would need to be in the 1400 watt range to cook as hot as the Champ.

Summary of important differences:

Foods needing high heat to grill taste better with the hotter operating Champ model.

Champ's cooking area is 42 sq. in. versus 72 sq. in. for the Grilleration.

The Champ is a pain to clean since you can't submerge the base unit, whereas cleaning the Grilleration plates is simple.

Recommendation:

If taste is most important, get the Champ model, or, if it's too small, buy two Champs (for less money than one Grilleration).

If ease of cleaning is most important, buy a Grilleration or other [larger] unit with removable grilling plates.

Tupperware Jr. Season Serve Red

I ordered this tupperware for my mom and didn't want the ugly green one. So I specifically ordered the red one. But got the ugly green one in the mail. I called the seller to see if I could get the one I wanted and her response was, "You get what Tupperware sends you and they don't take returns or refund your money." What kind of company just sends you whatever they want and won't take returns. So now I'm stuck with the ugly lime green one. I will never recommend anyone to purchase any tupperware product online or purchase from this seller. Don't advertise a product you don't deliver.

I bought both the large and the small seasoning containers. I have wanted one for many years and am very pleased with them. Work great and I like the 'scalloped' top and bottom which allows the marinade to get under the meat better.

While I was disappointed with the size, I am certainly happy with it. Being that I cook just small amounts, it turns out to be an OK size and suits my needs fairly well.
