The grill so far has been excellent for cooking. I always soak it overnight in plain water and it cleans up quickly with very little effort

however I was disappointed whith the specs on the website where it states 10.2 diameter, when it really is only 9.2 cooking surface

I have always wanted to try this cookware but truthfully have been too cheap! I finally got this particular pan and am in love with it! I will be expanding my collection soon I hope. For the first 2 weeks this pan was literally always on the stove. You can cook anything in it and clean up is awesome. The press helps cook meats faster than I've ever seen! Bacon goes from the fridge to crisp in literally 2 minutes! It makes awesome scambled eggs too. I cannot say enough good things about it. You have to try it to believe it!

I really like bacon but I've always had a hard time with getting it to cook evenly, that's why I purchased this pan. It really does a good job with heating evenly and the press keeps the bacon flat on the pan so the ends don't curl up and then not cook. I've also discovered that because of it's shape and non stick properties, it does a great job on french toast because you can put 4 slices in the pan at once and just like the bacon, it cooks evenly. My only complaint is that the handle on the press should have been made so that it doesn't conduct heat. After a while you have to use an oven mit to pick up the press. If the handle could be made to stay cool, I would have given it 5 stars.

I am using this about four times as often as I anticipated, sometimes with the press, which works great, and sometimes without. Amazing the versatility that the shape of the skillet provides. Heavy, but not crippling. ;) I don't think anyone would have regrets about this purchase.

After using this for a little over six months, I can honestly say there are both good things and not-so-good things. Love the size and shape that's the primary reason for purchasing. We used this skillet on average twice a week for cooking bacon and cook on a smooth cooktop surface. At this point, our primary dissatisfaction is that the center of the skillet has bowed inward a bit. Now the bacon in the center 4-5" of the skillet burns before the ends of each piece are completely cooked. Because we thoroughly allow cooking utensils to return to room temperature before washing them and always wash them by hand, this should not have happened. The bacon press is nice and heavy and does its job well. When using the bacon press, the bacon cooks much more evenly. I will probably try another brand of skillet to see if there's something out there that will hold up better.

I ordered all of the Rachael Ray Pans and I have to say the quality is supurb. They clean up easily and do not stick. I bought the hard anodized or something like that. You have to cook on medium heat and no higher but the outcome of what you are preparing will make you proud. Try it I'm sure you will love it as much as I do.

All were delicious but without a comprehensive cookbook it is really trial and error. I will try fish today. Clean up is very easy. Love, love love this grill pan! I live in Arizona and sometimes it is so hot outside that we don't want to BBQ. But I don't feel like cooking inside because it heats the house up so much. I decided to check if there was anything new in the way of microwave cooking.

I'm glad I did. I mainly bought it to grill fish and chicken but I'm very happy it does so much more. The user guide includes 18 recipes including Grilled Fish, Lemon Grilled Chicken, and Tuna Melt, Fish Tacos, Sizzlin' Steak Fajitas, etc. It also has some yummy looking deserts. I can't wait to try the Berry Good Shortcakes and the Grilled Peaches & Cream.

Tonight I reheated pizza. No more soggy leftover pizza!

It mostly makes servings for 2.

I like that is is a heavier weight and very well built. It cooks fast and cleans very easily. I love the lime green color. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I'm a Texan (Texaswomyn, right?) so I love smoked meat. Brisket, chicken, ribs, pork chops, beef roast, etc. We've got smokers: two big 'ole charcoal smokers, a big 'ole propane/electric smoker, and I've even got one of them Cameron stove top smokers, (I'm gonna drop the bad grammar now) so I was quite curious about this smoker accessory. First off, it's small. I mean, Rhode Island small. It's about 6 inches long, 3 inches wide and maybe 1.5 inches tall, so the wood you use to smoke with has to be chipped up very small and it doesn't hold a lot; I didn't weigh or measure what it holds but it's probably not over a cup of chips. One big problem is that small quantity of wood doesn't last long enough to provide a good "smoke" flavor and create that highly desired smoke ring on meat.

If your only desire is for a hint of smoke to mask the charcoal (and heaven forbid charcoal lighter fluid) taste from your grilled steak or chicken breast, then this little box will do that, to a small degree. Be sure you soak the wood first so it lasts a little longer and smokes a little more.

And hey, Rhode Island no offense, OK ya'll?

I finally got a chance to use this, and well, this is one of those products that you don't really need. For the amount of smoke flavor that it puts out, soaked wood chips wrapped in a piece of aluminum foil will work just as well. It's a cute little box that holds a small amount of wood chips and delivers an equally small amount of smoke. If you just like to have gadgets and cool looking tools then this will fit the bill. Otherwise, save your money and invest in a roll of heavy duty aluminum foil to fashion your own smoker box and call it a day.

By the way, the lid is sort of hard to get off, and I broke a nail in the process.

Good little smoker for burgers or hotdogs. Don't expect this to make large portions of meat taste smokey. It produces a moderate amount of smoke but is no substitute for a real smoker. Not a bad buy for the price. Adds extra flavor to burgers, steaks, and hotdogs.

I already have a bigger box-style smoker already. I also have the Cameron stove top smoker. This "Tom Douglas by Pinzon Metal Grill Smoker Box" is kind of small, about you palm size.

However, it's a really well constructed little box...a little bit on the elegant side. Specifically, there is no sharp edge or sharp corner that could be scratch your skin. The holes on the top and bottom are on the smaller size too.

Due to the small size, it won't hold big amount of wood chips. Be expecting to refill wood chips for long cooking.

The cover is a little tight and hard to open and close. I believe the intent is to make sure the cover does not open if you throw it into the charcol. For my big smoker box, I have to carefully lay it down in the grill to keep the cover close.

While trying to refill wood chips during cooking, I put the box in water to cool it down first and then open it safely. This extra step does not add too much hassle, as the bucket for soaking wood chips is usually nearby.

I wouldn't recommend to put smoker box (any smoker box) right on top of the charcoal, as the wood chips will burn out too fast and don't have sufficient time to smoke the food and you will be busy in refilling wood chips.

All in all, a well made nice little smoker box.

This is a nicely constructed box--sturdy and easy to open and close--but I found it too small to add much smoke flavor to my grilling. I used it on top of the grates, with the lid closed. I think, though, that using some aluminum foil would do just as good of a job, and you could just throw it out after use.

Europeans (my wife is Russian) only use these permanent type skewers. With a good recipe, this will become a regular tool in your kitchen-indoors or out. We don't bother with the wooden throw away ones or any other material other than stainless since these are permanent and easily washable. Must have for barbacue cooks.

The design is an old standard and I recommend that you buy it in a brick and mortar store if you find it. I had a party coming up in a pinch and couldn't remember which store had these so I bought it on Amazon. Problem is that Amazon doesn't carry these in their warehouse so the secondary retailers always charge a shipping charge which is half the price of the skewer set itself. The rip-off is always the shipping charge from these secondary resellers on Amazon if you're buying inexpensive items, so beware.

I ordered this tupperware for my mom and didn't want the ugly green one. So I specifically ordered the red one. But got the ugly green one in the mail. I called the seller to see if I could get the one I wanted and her response was, "You get what Tupperware sends you and they don't take returns or refund your money." What kind of company just sends you whatever they want and won't take returns. So now I'm stuck with the ugly lime green one. I will never recommend anyone to purchase any tupperware product online or purchase from this seller. Don't advertise a product you don't deliver.

I bought both the large and the small seasoning containers. I have wanted one for many years and am very pleased with them. Work great and I like the 'scalloped' top and bottom which allows the marinade to get under the meat better.

Basic Essentials Set of 2 Aluminum Square Grill/Griddle Sets

The combo are good products not excellent but good. They get the job done which is fine with me. They however are not symmetrical which my partner thought was a problem but for $20 I was not sending them back because I could still cook on them fairly well. The edges that are supposed to keep food and other particles from falling off are not deep enough and the heating portion underneath is not a large enough circle for even cooking but they are ok.

No matter what kind of square grill you use, they always end up the same, as the middle suffers the most wear. These are great for the price and won't hurt so much when they wear out and you toss them. We actually use these during the time we are mailing in our Caliphon when exchanged.

These aren't very good pans. They come up in the center and no I didn't over heat it either. They cook very unevenly too. Ok for the price i guess. Not as good as the old basic essentials that i have, the quality has changed. : (

Now I've had these a almost a year and I have to say they are CHEAP and not well made at all. They say dishwasher safe but I always hand wash pans because they tend to bow after a while. Well these bowed without ever putting them in the dihwasher and I've always heated them on low or medium. You get what you pay for.

They are too thin, and too large for me to handle. I do not use this type of pan much anyway. Most stoves are regular size I have an apartment size.

This is a great little set for the price that you pay. I grill my meats on the grill and cook eggs on the griddle with no chipping, no problems whatsoever. This is perfect as a house-warming gift or as an addition to your current pot set.

Rutland Fireplace Glass Cleaner

As you may or may not (as I did not) know, you should not use Windex or any other conventional glass cleaner for shower and fireplace glass (which has a film on it that would be removed by Windex).

This stuff is hard to find in retail stores (learned about it from my fireplace person) but definitely worth the search: it does the job beautifully!)

I needed to clean a pellet stove window and read the review by the person who suggested using ash and water. I tried this and it works very well. I was able to clean the glass very well by using paper towels, a little water and a little ash. No need to buy this cleaner. The ash method actually works and works very well.

Dampen a paper towel with water, dip into the ash and rub on the glass, the blackness will come right off. Repeat until clear. I kid you not, I have tried so many cleaners and this works the best by far! How cheap it that!
