I replaced every part in the grill except the control valves. If anybody's wondering, Charbroil has the same size parts.Although the description says "Two-Tier," this is the single bottom rack of a two rack set up. A single rack is what I had before. Works fine.

Jamie Oliver by T-fal C942SA64 Nonstick Hard Anodized Thermo-Spot Heat Indicator 10-Piece Cookware
I seasoned the pans as directed, then I used the square grill pan for frying up some pork chops (something my other set of T-fal excels at). I couldn't believe how badly those chops stuck to the pan! Even after soaking the pan in hot, soapy water for an hour, I still had to use a lot of elbow grease to get it clean! It wasn't a matter of cooking it wrong either... The first time, I cooked them exactly the same as I do with my other pans. The second time, I used a much lower temperature (thinking that I may have accidentally cooked at too high a temperature the first time). Even using the lowest temperature, the chops still stuck!
After a little research, I think I've figured out why. T-fal has two different manufacturers produce their pans. My previous set (the D913SC64) is made in France. This Jamie Oliver set is made in China, and it shows. T-fal, I'm disappointed. The only thing "unique" about this set is the Thermo-Spot heat indicator, which lets you know when your pan is heated up by turning solid red. That's a fine feature, though I don't find it terribly important-how hard is it to just wait a minute? I guess if you're in a rush and need to know right away, it's cool.
But I have several issues with this set:
1. NOT dishwasher safe. The manual says all their other sets are dishwasher safe, EXCEPT the hard anodized exterior sets. This is not made clear on the packaging.
2. Nonstick doesn't work well. Like another reviewer, I first tried cooking eggs in the small pan. They stuck like crazy! It specifically tells you not to use cooking spray or oil because it can mess up the pans, but there's no way I could go without it. I even took a photo because I couldn't believe what a mess it was to get these eggs out of the pan. I've had much better nonstick pans before.
3. Thinner than I'm used to. The pots and pans are weighty-they don't feel cheap-but they must be thinner or more conductive on the bottom than my usual pans because I had major trouble cooking pancakes... I have a gas range, and even on a low setting, the pancakes burned on the outside very fast, yet were liquid on the inside. Even after several rounds, I couldn't get the pancakes to cook right. I'll keep trying with thinner pancakes and an even lower setting.
5. Cannot be used under the broiler because of the rubberized handles.
6. The "large" saute pan is really just medium-sized... that's the one I used for pancakes, and I could really just cook one large pancake at a time. It would not suffice for a real dinner for more than one person. You'd still need to buy a separate large saute pan for everyday use.
It's an attractive set, it feels good in the hand, and it's nice to have three lids with the set, but I can't recommend it in good conscience because of the above issues. Some of the reviews so far have not been particularly favorable, and I understand the concerns of those folk. Nonetheless, I've been thoroughly delighted with the set, which is impressive in appearance, has a decent, if not "Calphalonic" weight to each of the pieces, and stack easily in a small space (I have them on the top rack of a smallish baker's rack).
The pans conduct heat nicely and (surprisingly) evenly. I have not had any of the issues others have mentioned with things like releasing an egg from the pan, though I must admit, I use a bit of butter (always) and not cooking sprays (ever) for my eggs (or anything else personal preference). I live alone, but entertain frequently and I've had no issue with the size of the pans, though I tend to make multiple courses of smaller amounts.
The only issue I've had with this set is that I generally make my sauces in a skillet (rather than a saucepan) and the shallowness of the pans makes serving the sauce directly from the pan a bit clumsy and unnecessarily messy and when eating alone, don't feel I should have to pour the sauce from a pan into a serving vessel merely to get it onto my plate. A quick wipe up of the stove and that's remedied, but a bit more depth to the skillets would have been nice. Perhaps in the next incarnation with the next celebrity chef! I received far more than I expected and am so delighted about this T-fal Set. At first glance I thought this is just another set of cookware and began reading the instructions. Do this and do that so you can begin using this pot or skillet. No bid deal but a bit more work than most new sets require. I started with a small sauce pan and worked my way up to the big pot along with the skillets and honestly this is one fine set no matter how you might want to classify it.
Put the raw food in, cook for a while and it's over. Clean up is a white tornado of speed. The pots and all are lightweight and tough. The little center Thermo-heat spot is there and it appears to be effective but I am too much of a novice to be an expert. The sauce pans heat quickly but when using they do not scorch nor burn the contents. Being able to see the food cook with the glass tops is another plus and makes the process just that much more enjoyable. After using all pieces I have had zero defects or problems and highly recommend this set for the amateur or the professional.I was looking for an Anodized set because of what people say about it (twice as strong as stainless steel, professional look, etc) and I went to the stores to find myself one but they were very expensive. I could not believe I found this set on Amazon at this price. I have had T-fal product before and the non-stick is great. And I also love Jamie Oliver and what he stands for so I thought the combination of both T-fal and Jamie would be a winner.
No doubt about it, this set is awesome.
The non-stick inside is second to none and nothing sticks and sooooo easy to clean.
The outside is very pretty and should last me a lifetime.
The handles are made of a soft rubbery material like silicone so they are super comfortable to grip and it also means your pans can go in the oven at a higher temperature than my old pans with plastic handles.
The 2 fry pans and the grill pan have the red dot in the middle which tells you when your pan is at the right temperature to start cooking. I had never really used it on my old T-fal pans but I thought I would give it a shot with these new ones. It actually does make a difference. If you heat your pan (with no oil) until the dot turns solid red and then you pour in a little bit of oil your food will actually take less time to cook and will cook at the right temperature. It's a cool little feature I will be using more often.
Overall.......... a great set of pots and pans and it has all the pieces you really need to do most of your regular everyday cooking at home. The beautiful grill pan is a plus. Such a nice pan.

Kingsford Grill Presses
I use it on my pancake griddle to cook bacon.
I just have to remember to wipe down with some cooking oil after I clean to prevent the rust.
The wooden handle keeps it cool!I bought this a month ago for cooking sausages on the stove in my 8" Cuisinart stainless frying pan. It does the job perfectly for the package of 4 sausages I cook often. With the weight, I get even browning round each sausage. I use my 3 qt. Cuisi sauce pan to keep the splatters down, as it covers the handle height and matches the diameter of the 8" fry pan.
So glad I made this purchase! Cooking -especially even browning of sausages -is much less hassle.

This is a great grill press. I was looking for something that had an old-fashioned look, was inexpensive yet practial. This met all my criteria.Read Best Reviews of Kingsford Grill Presses Here
I bought the top 6 reviewed grill presses on Amazon.com, and used them for several months in a rigorous comparison in my kitchen. I liked this one the best. The products I compared were:#1 Best: Kingsford KCA11 Grill Press, Rectangular Kingsford KCA11this grill press has the perfect weight for holding down, but not crushing, grilled sandwiches, sausages, burgers, and bacon. The handle is easy to hold and comfortable. I'm going to buy a few more.
#2: New 8-Inch Barbecue BBQ Grill Steak Weights, Heavy-Weight, Hamburger Bacon Sausage Grill Press, Commercial Grade, Cast Iron New 8-Inch Barbecue BBQ Grill Steak Weightsthis grill press is almost identical to the Kindsford, but is slighly less well made (and two dollars cheaper). I found the edges to be less well finished and the handle to be somewhat poorly fitted to the iron.
#3: Lodge Logic LGP3 Pre-Seasoned Rectangular Cast-Iron Grill Press Lodge Logic LGP3I found this press a little too light weight to properly grill a nice cheese sandwich. In addition, the handle scared me. It never got hot, but it always looked like it was, even after months of use, and I found the minor stress of remembering that it wouldn't burn me to be a negative feature. I prefer the wooden handles.
#4: The Camp Chef 9-1/4-by-5-3/4-by-3-1/4-Inch Seasoned Cast Iron Bacon/Meat PressThe Camp Chefthis press was the best choice if you feel you must have grill lines embedded into the pressa feature which I decided wasn't worth it. Overall, I found it less stable and able to hold food down because of the grill lines.
#5: The Outset Q111 Rectangular-Shaped Cast-Iron Grill Press with Rosewood HandleOutset Q111this press also has grill lines, but performed worse then the camp chef version. Something about the angles of these grill lines made them grip food awkwardlyonce the whole sandwich came up with the grill press and then fell on the ground.
#6: Cast Iron Steak Weight & Bacon Press Cast Iron Steak Weight & Bacon Pressthis press was simply too heavyit crushed everything I put near it, and was annoying to lift and heft around. I'm all for heavy-weight iron presses, but this one just destroyed the food.A press is not an absolute necessity when cooking but an absolute convenience. I did my homework. Looked at various presses in stores and online, read the reviews and bought the Kingsford: Best size, best construction, heavy enough. I am pleased with the product.

Camp Chef Professional Grill Box
A few things to note:
-Thermometer: After I am done grilling, I cook off the excess grease/food before I clean the grill surface. The grease fire cooked the box to such extreme that the thermometer spring was bent in the mechanism. Now the room temperature is showing to be 180 degrees. If you like to burn off the food before cleaning, remove the thermometer (its real easy to do). The thermometer is working but is off by 120 degrees or so now. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 (if i could, i would give it 4.5 stars).
-Keep the box oiled: Spray with cooking oil to prevent rust. I lightly spray Pam for Grilling all over the grilling surface and the bottom of the box before I put it in the storage bag. So far, so good! At the end of the season clean the box thoroughly and then apply a high temperature spray paint to the bottom surface of the box (not the cast iron cooking grates, duh). I must stress a high temperature spray paint meant to withstand temperatures in excess of 1500 degrees. If you do this, this will prevent rust damage to the box and will extend its operating life. When its time to break the box out again for grilling, be sure to remember to cook off the paint fumes before putting food on there to avoid a steak from tasting like spray paint!
-Do not cook on Hi: The box is not meant for 30k BTU's per burner exposed directly on the bottom of the box. Medium is still plenty hot to grill things at a fast rate. (In fact I rarely grill higher than low anyways)
-Buy the cover carrying case: Its great because it not only does it make it easy to carry and transport but it makes storage in the garage easy because there is no mess from burned food material flaking off all over your clean floor.
If you follow this advice, you cant go wrong with this product. Like I said the heat distribution is very even compared to other grills i have tried.
Generic Grilling Advice: Dont be hasty with grilling, it takes time and patience before the food is cooked properly no matter what grilling equipment you have. The worst thing is to jump the gun and try to cook fast, only to find out that your food is not just burned on the outside but undercooked on the inside. I bought this grille as an addition to the the three burner grill. It is OK for steaks, hamburgers, etc. (flat stuff) but since it is so short the maximum height of your food is about 4", maybe 5"( no roasts, chicken or turkey). The box has a bottom made of paint covered sheet steel. It started to peel and rust right away since you can get the box so hot the paint can't take it. When the grill was set on medium, the steel plate bottom glowed cherry red hot. When this happens, the box starts to rust right away.If you lower the heat, the grill plates don't get hot enough for grilling and burgers take forever. The exterior holds up OK but the interior doesn't. Like the Webber grills, the paint or coating on the interior top starts to bake off and peel. My Webber took 5 years to start this process, the Camp Chef started right away. If you have bought the three burner unit and want to grill, this is the only option but I don't rate it very high. The idea is good but the function leaves something to be desired. Oh one other point. I bought the wind screen for the burners because of windy conditions. You can't place both on the burners at the same time! So if you need a screen for the third burner, you're out of luck.

This is a rather cheap unit. Yes, it works. You must constantly reapply conditioner to the cast iron, that's the easy part. The worst part for me is , after 9 month's of use, the thin drip bottom of the BBQ box is flaking away with rust. Apparently it was only cheaply painted steel, not porcelain like it should be to withstand the heat and drippings of meat. I don't expect it to last more than a season or two. I expect more from a BBQ box than this.I have yet to contact Camp Chef to see what they'll do, I'm hoping they will offer a solution. So I cook for our campouts. Typically I cook for 25 or so folks out doors. The Camp Chef 3-burner stove has been our workhorse for many years as it is a great stove. For the evening meal I prepare lasagna or stew or something equally wonderful. I make it in a full-sized disposable aluminum hotel pan, the kind one finds at Smart and Final or other restaurant supply stores. I make all the dinners ahead of time and freeze them. They all go into a giant cooler and stay frozen from Thursday to Sunday. I had been using our BBQ to reheat them but on our last trip it self-destructed and ended up in the campground dumpster. I bought this new BBQ box in the hope that the full-sized hotel pan would fit. I opened my package today and to my joy it fits as though it were made for it. I was worried I would have to leave the grills off in order to have enough room but it even fits with the removable grills installed. I couldn't be more pleased. I will update in a couple weeks if it is not perfect but I bet it will be.Very disappointed with grill box. The heat deflector is cheaply made and I had a real problem with flare-ups. I modified the box by adding a perforated stainless steel plate below the grate and it helps. This box needs a complete re-design. When the heat deflector rusts out I'm going to fit it with a "flavor bar" design like Weber grill uses.

I was looking for a stainless steel pan that heats evenly. I have found it. I like the fact that it is not real deep, too. It makes a great omelet. I also love that it is completely immersible.Read Best Reviews of Deni Round Stainless Steel Electric Skill, 12-Inch Here
I purchased this stainless steel skillet for the same reason as most people I was tired of the non-stick coatings wearing out. I kept buying and buying new non-stick skillets until I came across this stainless steel model. And I just love it.It cooks fairly evenly (nothing is perfect) and is super easy to keep brand new clean.
The only problem I have is with the control. It is VERY difficult to pull it out. I mean I pull with all my might to get the darn thing out so I can wash the skillet. I'm a 6' 200lb male in very good shape so that isn't the problem.
Does anyone else have this issue? I love the pan, but I can't believe it is supposed to be this hard to remove the control. With that said I still whole heartedly recommend this skillet.

I would highly recommend this skillet. It is super easy to clean...heats wonderfully. The stainless is very high quality. A good skillet for the price.
