This is a wonderful fry, saute, pan. It is easily cleaned without any effort whatsoever. I would truly recommend it for all. The only drawback I found was that it was too heavy for my hand. The smaller size is perfect for me and that is what I kept.Read Best Reviews of Fissler 121 100 28 100 Crispy Steelux Premium 11.0-Inch Fry Pan Here
Every household should have this fry pan. It is the best thing I have ever bought. I bought this because my friend has had one for 30 years and it is still perfect and I have always been jealous of her having it, so decided I needed to possess one myself. This is a decision I will never regret. Do yourself a favour and buy oneWant Fissler 121 100 28 100 Crispy Steelux Premium 11.0-Inch Fry Pan Discount?
Just cooked two Omaha steaks. I have a Bosch Induction stove and The Fissler 11 inch Fry Pan. What a combination. Great sear on my steaks. I was skeptical at first because I thought the steaks would stick. At first they did but after a minute or so they released. The amazing fact is that they cooked evenly from one end to the other. Absolutely even. That is a rare . So this was actually a test for my induction stove too. Regardless of how well the pan performs if the stove did not produce even heat I would not know who to blame. The stove is perfect and so is the fry pan. This was a great purchase and I will use this pan for the majority of my frying and searing needs. Did I mention the workmanship?? A true work of art.UPDATE. I have been using this pan often now. When I first started using this pan I was more conservative with the amount of heat I used to sear steaks etc. The results were excellent. The clean up was much easier too. The results from using a medium high heat were a beautiful crispy golden brown crust and cleaning the pan was much easier. So a longer sear on lower heat gave me the best results all around. So if you notice black carbon deposits form on the bottom of your pan try using lower heat the next time. Everyone has their own cooking techniques, I am just saying for me I found this better at lower heat. Hope this helps.

BergHOFF Scala Non-Stick 5-Piece Cookware Set
It's an interesting, but very effective / durable (ceramic glass enamel type) non-stick surface. Similar to a more robust version of Grandma's "graniteware" but obviously reformulated for superior non-stick.
And the small 8" starter pan is really good for quick eggs and potatoes, although I suggest getting the 10" or 11" scala pan (in addition to this set) to give a medium sized pan option, otherwise you have a small 8" or very 12.5" large pan.
If one adds some bamboo utensils for cooking, you're all set! I also suggest amazon's deal on Cuisinart 2/3 quart stainless steel pots to compliment this set as well, then you're induction compliant across the board too.Absolutely the best cookware I have ever used...
not unreasonably priced considering the lifetime warranty...
& NO TEFLON® to flake off into my meals!!!
High heat destroys TEFLON®...
you really can't hurt these unless you forget to remove the handles before placing in the oven.
Handles are replaceable though, so no real worries there.
Nice even cooking, even on low heat.
Just added the 4.2 qt casserole to this set.
5 STARS +.

We recently moved into a house with an induction cooktop. Most of my cookware still worked, but I was not successful in locally finding a non-stick skillet that met my needs. Thank goodness for BergHOFF Scala Non-Stick cookware! This stuff heats quickly and evenly and cleans up more easily than anything "non-stick" I have ever used. It is without a doubt my most favorite cookware ever. Absolutely no complaints!Read Best Reviews of BergHOFF Scala Non-Stick 5-Piece Cookware Set Here
Poor product Poor customer service Would not buy again for half the priceWarning: First time reviewer here, but I use the reviews of products exclusively on whether or not to purchase products on amazon.com. I do not want any other users to go through the same poor customer service I did only to gain nothing.
I have purchased a set of Berghoff Scala Ceramic coated frying pans. I used the main 12" pan for about a month. As time progresses the pan started to stick. I contacted the customer service dept. that told me to deep clean the pan with baking soda and water. After it was dry add oil to the pan while slowly reheating it. I did this several times to cure my pan as suggested by the customer service rep. He assured me that it would take some time for this to work. This took place over 4 months after purchasing the set. I then got preoccupied when moving into my renovated kitchen. After dealing with my renovation I found the pan again. It was now 12 months since purchase. I had a new representative that made it sound like the guy I was speaking to previously did a poor job and was let go, which he was very rude. She stated they needed to find my files and reopen the review of my pan. She advised me to send the pan in so the warranty dept. could look at the pan. I had to pay shipping both ways but I figured they would at least get my pan back into good condition. Berghoff never called or emailed that they had my pan even though I sent a letter with the pan. After waiting a month I decided to email and see if they received the pan. The last customer service rep I had was now gone and I had a new one again. She had to find the pan again and pull up the files. After a reply from the newest customer service rep she stated that my pan was not covered under warranty. WHAT?
She explained that due to the color of the bottom of the pan I had overheated the pan and that the warranty was now void. I the dirt she cleaned on the bottom of my pan was on all our pans we had. We have a glass top range that we cool all our meals on. It does get dirty at times. I simply took a nylon scrubber to clean one of the other pans I had just to see how hard it was. I emailed back stating that her suggestion was not the case and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. Three weeks later still no response. I called and was directed to the same person I was dealing with my emails. She said she brought the pan to her supervisor and stated that she agreed while refusing to allow me to speak to her supervisor.
The facts: Not once did I ever cook with the pan over ½ heat on my range top. I primarily cooked eggs, sausage, warmed up veggies, and cooked some fish. Mind you that I only used the pan 1 month. I hand washed it after every use. At first everything would slide out of the pan. The pan got to the point where I had to scrape it each time after use and then let it sit in soap water. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN AFTER 1 MONTH OF USE!
Due to the numerous customer service representatives, poor service, and average pans I would never recommend anyone buy from this company. They did offer me a deal though, 50% off their retail of a new pan. That was almost the same price I could buy it off of amazon.com.
Buyer Beware Stay Away Learn from my mistakes.

I'm so glad I purchased these... Very easy to put handles on, just read instruction. Pans are not too lightweight and not too heavy. They do not stick at all. I still use a BIT of oil for an egg, but a little oil is good for you!Saturday, December 7, 2013

Only put "I don't like it" because it was the only way to get to the next step. May be a great griller, but was chosen by error, as I was looking for a grill. Returned it unopened, but after 2 months have not received a refund. Could you look into this problem for me?Thank you, Dan

Weber Pizza Stone
Here's my favorite recipe:
homemade garlic pizza dough
MEAT! pepperoni, ham, etc.
hot pepper mix: habanero, jalapeno, red chilis
quality pizza sauce from the store
your favorite freshly grated (or bagged) cheese
put the stone (no pizza yet) on the grill and heat grill up to 450* covered to get the stone nice and hot. roll your pizza dough in a baking tray while the stone heats up. after ~10 min of heating stone, take it out and put your dough on the hot stone. fill pizza w/ toppings. cook for about 15-20 minutes at 425* being careful not to burn too much. a little less for thin crust, a little more for deep dish. IMPORTANT: let cool for 5-10 min before eating or you will burn yourself! the stone retains heat for a long time, do NOT touch it with your bare hands.
the crunchy crust all the way through is amazing! enjoy :)

No more burnt bottoms with underdone toppings! This pizza stone is a winner. We've been using our Weber grill to make pizza for years, especially in the summer so we don't have to heat up the kitchen. This stone is easy to use. You will need a pizza peel (paddle) so go ahead and order one with the stone. Use corn meal on the paddle, place the dough and build your pie, then slip right off onto the preheated stone and bake. Wow its good!Want Weber Pizza Stone Discount?
Overall we like the stone but are learning how to use it!First Pizza was a disaster!!! Crust stuck to stone so badly that we mostly ate the toppings. Where we couldn't get the crust off, the crust continued to cook / burn even after the bbq was off as the stone retained the heat. We did use corn meal but not enough. Cook time was not 7 10 mins as expected.
Second Pizzas were better. We did 2 smaller pizzas and used tons of corn meal on the stone (no such thing as too much!). Crust cooked in about 8 mins and didn't stick as before. We used a thermostat in the bbq.... 500 degrees we were certain. Used an instant crust vs homemade.
Lesson learned: Prep for toppings takes more time than expected. Homemade crust takes more time and from what little I had does taste better but it's nice to buy the instant crust and be less emotionally vested if it doesn't work out. Less is more... as in go easy on the sauce and toppings...except for corn meal. Cleaning a stone w/burnt on pizza dough is a lousy way to spend an evening.
