I'm glad I ordered two of these for my Charbroil gas grill. The cast iron smoker box is measured 8"x5x1" -made in China of course. It works ! What I did I soaked wood chips, put them in the box and placed under the grilling rack -right ontop of the gas burners. The resulted smoked favored chicken tastes unbelivable! Can't wait to try with ribs and beef. Like I said the box is cast iron. Very solid so I'm expected to last longer than my grill, if not forever.

Great buy if you're a griller. Got some applewood chips for under 10 bucks, getting many uses of sweet smoking pleasure. Heat grill first, allow smoke to build.and enjoy the flavor of wood grilled with the convenience of propane. Good price, sells for more in stores.

I bought the smoker box from the local fireplace and BBQ shop for $10. It's nice and heavy cast iron should be durable. The instructions printed on its wrapper were clear and simple. I filled it with dry hickory chips, put it on the grill of my gas grill, put the grill on high and in 15 minutes there was a good amount of smoke. Then I turned the heat down and put some ribs in a rack over a water pan which sat on the half of the grill I had covered with heavy aluminum foil. Several hours and a couple of water refills later the ribs were done. They tasted great and we saw a well-defined pink smoke ring in the meat.

An added bonus was that when the cast iron cooled and the kid was removed, the wood chips had turned to charcoal and the inside of the box looked like a Louise Nevelson sculpture. Really kind of beautiful.

In the past I've used foil packets of wood chips. This box seems to work better, with more prolonged smoke. I read a suggestion to use two, one dry and the other with soaked chips, with the idea that the wet chips will take longer to start smoking, and between them and the dry chips there'll be a longer period of smoke.

Well worth the $10 it cost me and would have been worth $15.

The cast iron and heavy lid do a good job to reduce the airflow to the wood chips so you get more smoke than flame. I use this with my gas-fired smoker and it works well with the flame on low.

After a couple weekends of using it, I will probably get another so I can swap out for new wood chips quicker and easier and let the box of coals cool down until it is safer to move around.

It does protect the patio and stays in one spot with the rubber like back. A hot grill lid melts the mat but no flames. Also lite weight and easy to move. I have had this set of grilling utensils for years. My wife had purchased it for me as a gift. For the price, the quality and number of utensils is outstanding. I purchased the same set for my Father for Father's Day and he loves it. The carrying case is perfect for storage and keeps the tools in great shape for a long and useful life. The knife is a bit overkill unless you are working with an extremely hot fire. All other tools have come in use for a variety of grilling needs. The spears for shish-ka-bobs are perfect. The wood handles make for easy rotation and removal from the grill -much better than grabbing a hot metal ring that have been the M.O. for other sets I have had in the past.

Will difinitely purchase again when the need arises . . . for myself or as a gift.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would, because 4 seems a little mean, but...

The actual products look great and seem to be extremely useful. But the black carry case in which they come is really disappointing. It's just cheap looking. I wanted to give this as a gift, and I probably still will, but I kinda wish I'd ponied up for the slightly more expensive sets that come in more presentable/professional looking boxes. Then again, it's a bbq set, and after a few uses, I'm sure the recipients really won't care at all, and would rather have a functional case. But still, I'm going to have to sex it up somehow before giving it as a gift!

First the wood finish and quality doesn't look nearly as good as it does in the picture. The color is a very reddish type color and it was already beginning to rub off the day I got it. The case is the cheapest quality plastic I've seen. If you hold one end of it, the case it self bends. The utensils also doesn't stay put in it. I should have spend the extra money on one the cuisinart ones, which is what I'm forced to do now.

GrillPro 40279 Silicone Tip Stainless Steel Locking Tong

Not quite sure what to use these for since they do not grip any food I have tried to grill! Anything marinaded slides right through the tips of them. The manual lock constantly locks when I didn't want it to...frustrating and a waste of money!

I was at first excited to get these, after trying to use them, I found them to be worthless to turn bacon, chicken or anything else. I am back to using a pair of plastic tip tongs.

The locking mechanism is poorly designed. I have used many tongs before and understand the concept of locking the tongs. I pinched my fingers so badly, TWICE, that the second time I threw these in the trash in a rage of pain. I would recommend tongs with a different locking mechanism.

Works very well, they are a little bigger than I anticipated, however, they are a great find and a great purchase. Plus they help me out with not being too close to hot surfaces.

Weber 1840301 Summit S-450 Natural Gas Tuck-Away Rotisserie Grill

I have owned this grill for just over a year, and use it at least once a week, more in the summer, and I even use it the winter (I live in Avon, OH, so I have grilled in temps as low as the mid-teens). A few good points: It lights all the time every time on one or two clicks of the auto-ignitor. This is really great and saves a lot of hassle dealing with matches. Natural gas is wonderful, as no more propane tanks to deal with. The finish is top notch (but for this price I wish the back was also stainless steel). The smoker box is really a nice feature (I usually use hickory soaked in water and get a good 15 minutes of hickory smoke from a filled smoker box). The rotisserie works well when using the rear infrared burner (I have used it for large beef roasts and chickens). One of the best features are the thick stainless steel grates no rust and they clean up perfectly every time and provide great consistent grill marks! The grease trap works flawlessly, and I feel very healthy when I empty out all the grease that collects in the trap! Also, since the unit is completely sealed, there is not greasy grill mess or particles that collect on the patio around the grill it is very neat and tidy to cook on.

A few nits: The side burner runs too hot, in general. It is a poor quality burner and will burn and boil sauces too quickly, even on the lowest setting. It works, just not as good as one would expect at this price point. The main burners, in my opinion, could be a bit hotter, but only for the searing function when cooking steaks. It gets plenty hot, trust me, but it does not quite produce the level of searing on steaks as I would like, but it is very close. If searing is really important it might be best to get the model with the infrared searing burner. Also, the NG hose could be a few feet longer, at least for my application.

My cooking experience is very positive with this grill. I always had cheap grills and was always frustrated with the lack of temperature control. With this grill I get very precise temperature control all the time. I must say that in general I have never burned anything and things like chicken breast come out nice and juicy. Cooking results are very consistent, and I tend to cook very precisely based on time and temperature. For consistency I always let foods sit out for a few minutes so they are not too cold directly from the refrigerator this is very important. I find I get best results by lighting all the burners and keep them all on low, as this sets a good baseline temperature, and then adjusting individual burners as needed. For example, a 1" thick steak is cooked to my liking by searing/cooking on high for 5 minutes on each side, then turning down to low and cooking for 3 more minutes on each side. I can pretty much predict the outcome by using trial and error to figure out what works for my desired cooking results. I also have cooked delicate pork tenderloin roasts with the indirect heat method (lower burners either side with cool burner in the middle) and they come out great). I have cooked about 16 burgers at once for large crowds, and the temperature control is a real party-saver in situations like this that require lots of monitoring. I have not had a bad result (again, start out slow with modest amounts of food to calibrate how this grill works in terms of temperature, heating, searing, etc.). I thought I would use the rotisserie and the side burner more, so in hindsight I could probably have saved some jingle by forgoing these features. Overall, this grill rocks and it blows away any grill I have ever owned (and I have had my share of them over the years).

I was looking for silicone based tongs since I melted my last rubber tipped tongs in my cast iron skillet. 18 inches is a little too long for me and the silicone tips slip off very easily.

Ceramic Marble Coated Cast Aluminium Non Stick Fry Pan 24 cm (9 1/2 inches)

It's hard to get a good non-stick pan at a reasonable price. So far this pan ticks all the boxes. Although I haven't had it long I'm impressed. A good heavy pan to hold the heat, and the surface appears very durable. A good quality finish overall.So far so good

I came very close to finally breaking down and buying AllCLAD, then saw this on Amazon. I decided to give it a go since it wasn't too much out of pocket should it turn out to be a disaster. What a fabulous surprise! These Ceramic Marble coated pans and pots are truly wonderful. I use them nearly every day and have yet to have one problem; no sticking, no peeling, no burning on the bottom of the pan. I have a glass top stove and the pans have no issues at all. Sometimes I use a smidge of butter or oil for added flavor but many times I cook without fats and everything comes out great. My only issue is that I wish the line had more options. I have a couple of other odd sized pots and pans I would love to replace, but so far I have 3 of these and they are worth it and such a deal.

These guys are top notch. This pan is amazing. I cook eggs with a little butter (Not needed) for the taste and the eggs slide out. Pancakes no problem. Run under hot water and it becomes clean. I plan on getting a whole set.

I bought this pan about 5 months ago to use making eggs over easy and I must say it lives up to its non stick name as the eggs just slide around without effort. My Caphalon Non Stick pans aren't so non stick anymore, and I was looking for a good alternative. I considered buying the Orgreenic pans, but the reviews were not so kind, but then I came across the Ceramic Marble Coated Cast Aluminum Non Stick pan and I'm glad I did. Very pleased with it so far and am buying a larger version for everyday cooking. I don't see any wear on the non stick surface so far, so I'm hopeful this pan will last a long time.
