We had an older Waring electric skillet that was losing it's non-stick coating and needed replacement. This thing is in a whole different category. Much larger and does a much better job of maintaining a constant temperature. The construction is very high quality. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Love this skillet. Stainless steel exterior is of high quality and the non-stick finish is also of high quality. Love that it is so light-weight compared to my old rival skillet.
