Napoleon 62018 Ultra Chef 18-Inch Plastic Grill Brush with Brass Bristles

Napoleon 62018 Ultra Chef 18-Inch Plastic Grill Brush with Brass BristlesServes its purpose very well.

I like that it has brass bristles, no rust and easy on grill surface.

Caution: do not use on very hot grill, the plastic will melt (I wish it would be with wooden handle).

Scraper was worn out after 1st use. Would not recomend. Not what I expected from Napoleon. Would not purchase again.

Rome's #64 9 Inch x 13 Inch Basket Hamburger Grill Basket, Chrome Plated Steel

Rome's #64 9 Inch x 13 Inch Basket Hamburger Grill Basket, Chrome Plated SteelMy initial trial of this "hamburger grill" was with sliced eggplant, red onions, green peppers and zucchini, which I had marinated in olive oil and seasonings. I had wanted to grill veggies on my outside grill for a long time but was concerned they would fall into the charcoals. This grill holds everything in place and and I had almost no problem with veggies slipping into the coals. I may never actually use this for hamburgers, but really like it for veggies. It's a little clumsy washing in the kitchen sink, but I use the spray and it gets clean enough.

We had used one of these grill baskets for about 25 years and finally decided to get a new one. We couldn't find one in the local stores and were very happy to find it on Amazon. In fact, we bought two because we didn't want to be without one. Although, if it lasts 25 years, we may not get around to using the second one. :-)

It is simply great for grilling burgers. You don't end up with the burger falling apart and onto the fire. Easy to cook and flip up to 6 at one time. And foods don't usually stick to the chrome finish. Easy to clean.

My only complaint is with Amazon's packaging. They put it in a ridiculously large cardboard box very wasteful.

Buy Rome's #64 9 Inch x 13 Inch Basket Hamburger Grill Basket, Chrome Plated Steel Now

Wasn't what I expected. The basket was much bigger than the grill I have. Difficult to clean and a couple times, lost food through the sides.

No, I would not recommend to a friend.

Just tried it and burnt my hands. The heat dissipates rather efficiently to the unprotected steel handles and the lock is not locking at all, dropping food all over easily. Silly design that needs improvement. The other positive reviews led me to buy this but most likely will return and buy different one. Finally, the steel is rather thin making the device bend when loaded with a few hamburgers.

conceptually it is excellent; practicality leaves much to desire. The "grill" is "sectioned" for small thick patties of uniform size. There is no flexibility for "custom sized".

Great Northern Top Dawg Commercial 7 Roller Stainless Steel Hot Dog Machine With Cover

Great Northern Top Dawg Commercial 7 Roller Stainless Steel Hot Dog Machine With CoverWOW.. When I found this and saw the price I thought.. well better than cooking in the Microwave.. When I recieved this hotdog Roller I couldnt belive it.. Real Glass shield.. All stainless construciton.. Actual Commercial unit..?? I had to cook up a batch ASAP to see how it worked.. AMAZING.. in less than 15 minutes I had piping hot perfectly cooked hot dogs.. I laugh now when I see the sign at the local convenent store 2 hotdogs for $1.50 and think .. Why would I buy one here when I can get the same GREAT hotdog at home and know how long it has been on the rollers.. I would advise anyone looking at this unit to GET ONE.. You will not find a better price if you do you will NOT get this top end quality unit.. My entire motivation for looking into these was for the Last Alabama Football game inwhich I had my entire family over.. With this unit I fed 15 people with less than one batch stacking 3 wide on the unit.. Again LOOK NO FURTHER GET the TOP DAWG Commercial Roller you will not be Dissapointed.

I looked for a long time to find the right size at a good price, and I think this one is it! It was easy to assemble the cover and attach it to the top. The grill is big enough for 15 to 18 weiners if you have a big crowd, but if you want to cook 4 or 5 that works well, too. It heats up quick, but you have to watch it and turn it down or you'll overcook 'em. I guess that's my only complaint -the little manual that came with it doesn't completely spell it out as to how long to cook on the higher heat, and then how long you can safely hold them on low.

Taste: terrific! A wonderful way to prepare hotdogs! Cleaning the rollers is the only negative. They remain stained from the cooking process. We love the machine and are looking forward to future family parties where Grandpa makes grandkids amazing hotdogs!

Everything about this unit met or exceeded my expectations. Temp controls are wonderful, great capacity, it's very efficient and easy to maintain. I couldn't be more pleased.

I bought this for our concession stand at basketball games. It works great....you don't have to watch it constantly. BUT it is a little awkward to cart back and forth to games, especially with the cover (although the cover is good for cooking out in publc). It's not too hard to clean....you just have to take your time.

DCI Steak Saws Steak Knives, Set of 4

DCI Steak Saws Steak Knives, Set of 4These knifes are awesome. They are really a crowd pleaser as well as a conversation starter. All of our friends love to use these knifes during dinner parties. They cut very well and are crafted well. I throw them into the dishwasher and haven't had any problems. I would definitely recommend these as they are really neat.

This is a fun item for a carpenter that likes to cook. I bought this gift for his birthday, I hope he like them as much as I do.

I purchased these steak knives on an impulse after seeing the ad on TV. We were very disappointed at the quality of the knives...I would rather spend $20.68 on something else. We used them only once on my husband's birthday and no one liked them. We are planning to donate these to the Goodwill. Maybe someone else will like them!!

Saw these on DIY channel "I want that", right away went on line to find them, the best price including shipping was Amazon.com. Bougth a set for my father-in-law, a set for my brother-in-law & gave a set to my wife FOR Xmas so we'd have a set of them.

They are & were different & a conversation piece about them.

The only thing I'd change about them is put wooden handles then.

Over all I'm very, very happy with this purchase.

Smart Planet CDM-2 Pigs in a Blanket Maker

Smart Planet CDM-2 Pigs in a Blanket MakerI bought this feeling a little blind--there were no reviews and the product information didn't indicate how big the finished product is. I've used the mini-donut maker Smart Planet MCM-1 Mini Cupcake Maker before and read all the reviews for the corn dog maker Smart Planet CDM-1 Corn Dog Maker which helped me make my decision to purchase this product.

I've used it twice--the first time I used gluten free waffle batter, the second time I made gluten free corn bread some with diced up hot dogs. Each well holds 2-3 tablespoons of batter. If the wells aren't filled enough the tops don't brown. If they are filled too full the batter runs out and connects the wells, which wasn't a problem as the batter still cooks. Clean up was easy.

These make great little finger foods. I love that I don't have to heat up the oven to have nice baked goods.

Update: I made non-gluten free treats for family. I made mini pigs in blankets with little smokies wrapped in refrigerator biscuit dough like Grands. I split the dough into 3 sections and wrapped each section around a little smokies. I did the same thing with colby/jack cheese sticks--cut the cheese stick into 3 section and wrapped the biscuit dough around each section. This was a big hit with the grandkids. Another treat was just a basic muffin mix from the supermarket. This was very popular with my grown kids and grandkids alike.

This little machine is the best invention ever! I can't believe I was making mini corn dogs by hand in a Fry Daddy for my daughter who has numerous food allergies...now I just whip a batch of corn dogs or pizza rolls whenever she feels like having them and there is no mess to clean up. Great directions and suggestions included.

I totally agree with the other reviewers, this is a wonderful machine. I just received the machine and have made four helpings of mini corn dogs. It is not rocket science. The first time I placed the batter into the small cells, it leaked a tad, but not too much to be a problem. The next three times were a breeze. Yes, you have to cut the hot dogs in smaller pieces, but SO, just a few seconds to accomplish this feat. It is so fun to use and once the cooking is complete, you smile at your accomplishment. View my mini corn dog photos above.

This little machine is great! It is compact, easy to operate (heats up extremely fast) and effortless to clean up. I used this machine to make mini corn dog, mini corn bread and home-made Twinkies with custard filling. These little bite size snacks are quick to make and oh-so yummy!

Want Smart Planet CDM-2 Pigs in a Blanket Maker Discount?

I tried this mini corn dog baker for the first time and they turned out perfectly. I used a Jiffy corn muffin mix recipe but it was pretty bland so will add a pinch of salt, sugar and fat next time to boost flavor! HA. This machine is every bit as good as the mini donut factory, the donut hole machine and mini cupcake machine. They all bake perfectly and are easy to clean up.

I use these machines for portion control eating as I lost over 55 lbs. and have kept it off for 3 years now. These machines help have your cake and eat it too! They are no fail. If you make a little mistake, like the batter is too thin or thick, it will still bake.

The wonderful thing about this, is I cut the Hebrew National 97 fat free hot dogs in third which fit into the wells. I had added the batter to fill about 1/3 of the wells and there was no room for more on top but they still baked perfectly with batter evenly around the dogs. I have no idea how that happens but it does!

Get one and enjoy being able to have your corn dogs in a healthier way. Kids will love these for snacks, You can also make other things with this machine. Not just Corn Dogs!

If anyone has a good flavorful recipe for corn batter that does not have heat spice to it, please let me know as I will keep trying to get better flavor in my mix. Perhaps honey would help?

Bradley BTIS1 Original Fully Automatic 4-Rack Outdoor Food Smoker

Bradley BTIS1 Original Fully Automatic 4-Rack Outdoor Food SmokerI've owned this smoker for 3 years and have been very happy. I've cooked ribs, brisket, picnic shoulder, boston butt, and salmon and they all have come out fantastic. Using the Bradley is very simple. I've tried smoking the traditional way but for the occasional weekend smoker keeping the heat low and slow is nearly impossible; the constant monitoring of heat and fuel for 6-12 hours took out all the joy of eating. Bradley is the way to go!

Besides making sure there were enough "pucks" of wood, you have to check the water pan to make sure it doesn't go dry. If you're smoking something fatty like a boston butt, I would recommend tossing out the oil and ash that drips into the pan after 3 hours or so and add more water. Other than that it's set and forget.

We don't have a much of a selection of wood where I live (mesquite is king) so it's great how easy it is get different woods to try and mix them like the pros do. It's not expensive to run, Bradley recommends that you only need to smoke the food for only half the total time it takes to cook your food, so if it takes 12 hours to finish, you only need 6 hours worth of pucks.

The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because it doesn't get hotter than about 250 degrees. If it had a more powerful heating element it would have greater versatility and you could cook perfect chicken with crispy skin, or use it during colder outdoor temperatures.

Side note: Just as important as the smoker is the rub and sauce. The best cookbook for BBQ I've found is Peace, Love, & Barbecue: Recipes, Secrets, Tall Tales, and Outright Lies from the Legends of Barbecue. It gives you the REAL award winning recipes, not the common "based on" recipes from some well-known BBQ pros. In addition, there are valuable hints on prepping and cooking that most other books don't give and a great guide that will help you develop your own signature rub.

Nearly caught my house on fire with this product, and please do note I am not alone, especially lately check out the customer photos and their dates. Either this product is too difficult to use safely for most consumers, or I had a defective unit. I really believe it was the latter, but if it's the former, you're going to have a hard time keeping this product clean enough to be safe.

I bought this smoker in July (five months ago). On the fifth use, it inexplicably overheated, melting the door seal. There was no fire that time. Bradley sent out a replacement door seal, saying that I must have kept the vent closed, but they'd help me this time. I hadn't kept the vent closed, and said I was concerned it was a defective unit and a fire hazard. They continued to assert it must have been a closed vent. I crossed my fingers I had just not noticed my error.

It took me nearly 2 hours to replace the door seal, a dirty job that made me swear to myself I'd maintain the smoker perfectly so there would be no potential of user error going forward. Every single time I removed every single removable part and steel wool clean it. I wiped down the sides each time, and removed any obvious grease.

Five smokes later and my wife looks out the window just in time the whole thing was ON FIRE. I unplug it, douse it with water, and finish the turkey breast (not a greasy pork roast mind you, a turkey breast) in the oven.

I call them up, assuming the fire was proof I had a defective unit that would be quickly replaced. I figure, hey, they had a record of the first incident, so it shouldn't be much of a fuss. Ahem no.

After a week of chasing, I finally got to talk to Brian, who is in charge of "fire incidents." I explained the situation, the previous problem, my exact experience and use of it, and he said it's because of user error that I hadn't cleaned the smoker thoroughly enough, and too much grease is why it caught fire. Then he offered me a "deep discount" that he didn't actually reveal.

I tried to engage him in simple logic. If you're saying this unit, that has caught fire, is NOT DEFECTIVE, and I'm saying that I've used this as responsibly as possible, what you are saying is either A) I am lying to you about how I maintained the product or B) that this product carries a very reasonable risk of a fire starting through normal customer use.

Brian didn't really want to say "A" but he essentially did when he refused to acknowledge the possibility of a defective unit. He said the chances of a defect were "slim to zero," explaining to me about how the components are each inspected before assembly. When I raised the possibility that it had been improperly assembled or perhaps my unit was otherwise defective, he basically said no. When I noted that I noticed others on Amazon were also having this issue, he literally laughed and said every product on Amazon has negative reviews from a few people.

This was pretty insulting given the time that I had invested and my earnest belief that I had used this product right and it was a defective unit. But at that point I realized that any company that would rather insult a customer than acknowledge the possibility that they could make a manufacturing error was not worth a minute more of my time other than helping assure other people aren't in my exact situation.

I wish I had taken others' warnings seriously and not written them off as being posted by careless people who didn't bother taking care of the unit properly.

You need to know that this product has the potential to catch fire, even if you use it very responsibly and even if you are as careful as I was. I'm not some random Internet troll I'm a regular suburban father who wouldn't bother posting this review if the product just stopped working.

It's a dangerous product, and even more dangerous that Bradley isn't taking the recent swell of customer fire reports seriously.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas to replace an old (scary-looking) smoker. It was a real pain having to ask his folks to send mesquite wood from Texas to Massachusetts, then cut it up, soak it, etc.

We tried the Bradley smoker this weekend while we had the unusually warm weather. It comes with pellets of wood which get fed in automatically; much easier. The prime rib was done in no time at all; we finished it off in the oven for a crispier outside. We also smoked fresh kielbasa. Both were amazing. Can't wait to try the cold smoke feature!

First off, GREAT choice looking at the Bradley Smoker!

I have a barrel smoker I have used for a few years and I needed to get something to make my life a little easier so I could smoke over night and not have to get up every hour to add wood.

The Bradley Smoker 4 Rack is an awesome tool backed up by an awesome company. I have had mine for about a year now. I have smoked, ribs, brisket, pork butts, and cold smoked cheese. I have chicken wings, pork belly, and other meats lined up for the rest of this summer.

I do not suggest the digital smoker as it resets itself every 10 hours or so and requires you to unplug and restart. The Original Bradley Smoker has a sliding knob at the bottom that is used to control the heat. Normally you start out at max and leave it there for a while. After a time you will need to move it over an inch to set the temp.

Yes you do need to buy special briskets from Bradley but they are on sale here at Amazon and else where most of the time. I purchased one box of each flavor and have not needed to resupply in months and I do a lot of smoking.

Check out BradleySmoker.com and their forum and see for yourself. Great Product, Great Company! There is also a 6 rack/shelf unit out there and some come wrapped in stainless steel for a nice look!

The one and only downside to this smoker, it does not produce a smoke ring. There is NOTHING missing from the flavor but there is no smoke ring. My solution to that is starting meats in my barrel smoker for a couple hours then moving it to the Bradley Smoker for an overnight cooking!

Want Bradley BTIS1 Original Fully Automatic 4-Rack Outdoor Food Smoker Discount?

I had high hopes for this smoker, as my family loves smoked food, which we'd always done on a Weber grill in the past.

The Bradley Electric Smoker started out okay, but now has ultimately proven to be unreliable. We've had it for about 1 1/2 years, but have only used it perhaps 10 times.

The smoke generator stopped functionally correctly first: it is supposed to change the smoke chip every 20 minutes, but this became erratic, and it would leave a chip without changing it for an extended period creating acrid smoke. I called Bradley; they kindly sent me a new timer for the generator, which I installed, but it continues to malfunction and has to be watched like a hawk. The internal parts of the generator are clear and not clogged with grease or debris.

Second: it has never gotten as hot as I would have wanted; maximum temperature is 180 degrees for the first few hours even with pre-heating, and starting the desired meats in the oven before putting the ribs and chicken in the smoker.

And last, the base developed a crack in the plastic, in front where the temperature control is, with no history of damage to the unit.

Overall, I cannot recommend this appliance, and suggest you try other ways to get your smoked meats fix.

Brinkmann 810-5100-0 All-in-One Outdoor Cooker, Stainless Steel

Brinkmann 810-5100-0 All-in-One Outdoor Cooker, Stainless SteelI've had this for about ten years, now. It works great. The only problem is the non-stainless steel parts. I've had to replace the lava rock pan and burner assembly twice, and I've just ordered new ones. the la st ime I ordered them from Brinkmann, it took over a month to get the parts, and customer service was a disaster. I finally had to go throught he parent company(Remington Firearms) in order to get my parts.

This cooker keeps meat juicy because it cooks slower. The gas is lower than most bbqs so stuff cooks slower. If you are in a hurry you can turn the flame up. Stainless keeps the coastal air from rusting it.

Grill Brush with Stainless Steel Bristles and Long Wire Handle - Tougher than Brass or Nylon - Fath

Grill Brush with Stainless Steel Bristles and Long Wire Handle - Tougher than Brass or Nylon - Father's Day Gift - Perfect Tool for Cleaning Charcoal, Gas, Electric and Infrared Outdoor BBQ Grills - Great for Your Weber Barbecue - 1 Year GuaranteeMy Alpha Grillers brush was a quality purchase! I bought this one after a previous brush failed to do the job and the difference between Alpha Grillers and the other brush was pronounced. It's very strong and cleans quickly and effectively. I like that it is slightly shorter at 18 inches compared to 21 inches long which makes it much easier to handle in my opinion. I also appreciate the sturdiness of the bristles (they don't bend) and the ease with which the brush can be cleaned under hot water. After using the Alpha Grillers brush, my barbeque honestly looked the cleanest it has since I first used it two years ago.

I felt very appreciated as a paying customer by the Alpha Grillers team. They sent me a free e-book with recipes, a series of general barbeque tips and a one year money back guarantee. You can tell these guys care about barbeques and that means they care about their customers too. I'm a tough marker but I give Alpha Grillers a solid 5/5.

This is hands down the best grill brush I have ever owned. I loved the bonus cookbook that was included from the seller's website, as well as the follow up emails with even more tips. Great product and superior service.

Tel-Tru BQ300 Barbecue Thermometer, 3 inch aluminum zoned dial, 2.5 inch stem, 100/500 degrees F

Tel-Tru BQ300 Barbecue Thermometer, 3 inch aluminum zoned dial, 2.5 inch stem, 100/500 degrees FI have 2 of these on my smoker, installed at grill surface vs. up top where the original thermometer hole was. They do a fine job and the large dials are very nice. The 2nd one I got came with no mounting nut and washer, which seemed odd. Maybe that is to keep the price down as the nut and washer retail for another $6-7 purchased separately. I bought an inexpensive nut at a hardware store and made a washer out of stainless steel wire.
