OMG!! this is the best spatula........IN THE WORLD!! (for you UK top gear fans). what can i say about it......it's perfect. i wish i had 100 of them....well, no, maybe 10.
I was looking for a wide, square end, heavy duty, professional turner for use on my 24" wolf griddle and this turner is perfect. Very well made and heavy duty with a beveled business end that works perfect for flippng and scrapping with a large surface area and also handles the clean up chores when done with ease! I am very pleased and have found LamsonSharp products to be outstanding when new and able to mantain their original qualities for years, (I have yet to wear one out)! I highly recommend this item and this brand, absolutely well worth the cost!
