Skewers work well, and are easy to clean. Only thing I would change is the size of the ring/handle. They're a bit hard to grab to flip with my grilling tongs

I bent these up to hang jerky strips in my smoker. The stainless steel worked perfectly. The coating chips off the cheap ones when bending... I will purchase more of these in the future!
