12" Skillet (Terra Cotta)

12' SkilletI've had mine for about a year and it's holding up just fine. For the first few months it was very slick and I hardy had to use any oil. Later I noticed I had to use more oil. It's not as good as a good Teflon pan, but I think it's an OK trade off for not having to worry about potential toxin issues. I'd expect better non stick at $48 though.
