
I have a pizza stone for my oven but was concerned it might crack on the grill since the heat was higher. This stone sits directly on the grill so it gets super hot. I make my own gluten-free pizza and this was by far, the crispest crust I've made. The secret to crispy crust is to pre-cook the crust before you add the toppings; otherwise the cheese is cooked before the bottom is brown. Also, use the high setting on the grill, assuming you have gas. Even my husband commented that this was one of the best pizzas I had made. Yum!

We have used it make 4 pizzas so far. It heats evenly. Make sure you spray some cooking spray on it prior to putting a pizza on it.
