One would think that a dough scraper is not all that exciting. Well they're not really, I've lived without one all these years. I purchased this on a whim and I am SO glad that I did. When it arrived I was not expecting much, since it was rather inexpensive for a kitchen tool. But let me say when I opened the package and saw it I actually got "excited"! It is worth much more than I paid for it, in my opinion. The scraper is very nice to look at, sturdy, well-made, and very helpful for scraping sticky dough off the counter without scratching it. This is definitely my new favorite kitchen tool at the moment. I would highly recommend this Pizzacraft Dough Scraper.

I use the scraper mostly for bread preparation and cleanup. It works like a jewel dividing dough and scraping dough off the board afterward. Probably won't do pizza dough for a week or two, but look forward to using the scraper and the peel I bought at same time.I bought this item as a part of a larger pizza gift collection I gave my Dad for Christmas.
