This was advertised as T-fal but the images didn't show whether or not it had the red spot. It looked fine upon arrival and did say T-fal on the handle but it did not have the red spot. In less than two weeks of easy daily use it began to warp up in the center. I have returned it for one with the red spot in the middle.
this skillet is the 2nd one I have owned. I guess I really like it! If i abuse this one like I did the last one, I will have to get another one in about 5 years. I am very hard on skillets for some reason.
