The product was exactly as advertised and not a single broken tile in the (4) boxes I ordered. In fact, I passed the information on to a company that cleans and repairs grills. They were extremely thankful for the source because these tiles, for some reason, are becoming more difficult to find locally.

I used the briquettes most of the summer and they did reduce flair ups. They may be thin but seem very durable with no breakage. Like them a lot.
