Cuisinart CTF-615 Digital Temperature Fork

This product does not work. Temp reading are slow and not accurate. Perhaps I have a faulty one. the redi-folk was much better.

I bought this just to see how we'll it works since I just bought a new infra red grill , at first I didn't believe it worked and then I compared it to a old school one and the temperatures were very similar , this would be useful for people who rarely BBQ

I've had better units like this. Its very slow to read temps. But it is very accurate. Wish it would have a gauge on base rather than a beep when its done.

We use these until they stop working! Sounds like not a great review but when your BBQing or using them in the oven, they get tossed around and sometimes melted in the dishwasher (by accident he placed it in there) but they work until you have beat them up!
