The grill arrived damaged again after returning the first one. This is the second attempt that they tried to get it right. How can they expect to do business if the item arrives damaged each time? On the second attempt, to make matters worse, they will not replace the damaged item. This sucks when it comes to service. Will never use them again and the lack of response from the company is evidence that they do not care.
