This is well made and the only negative aspect is its size. It is only 7 inches. I've been looking for at least a 9 inch bacon press and thought the ad said this was 9 inches, but I was mistaken.The pros of this item is it has a flat bottom making it easy to clean. Also, you can remove the handle if you wish to ad to clean up the screw holes easier. I wonder if anyone will ever make one of these with a "flat" bottom that is larger than 7 inches.
