Fits my Kicker 10" sub woofer well, give it is professional finish. I had to purchase eight replacement screws which were about 1/4" longer that the original screws used to support the speaker to the frame. It give my sub-woofer the added protection against objects in the rear of my SUV.
Hey it is what it says it is, a custom fit grill that protects your kicker sub from crap flying around the trunk of your car. Yes it's plastic like the other reviewer said, but aren't they all pretty muck these days? I wouldn't call it cheap plastic either as in it doesn't flex when you push something into, which is what you want. It sits about an inch an a half maybe two away from the sub box once installed which give your woofer plenty of room to move if you're so inclined to push it that far? Overall I'm quite satisfied with it. My only real beef with it it that kicker doesn't supply the screws with it? Yes you can use the existing ones, but they wont sit flush with the grill as the screw heads are tapered etc. So a minus one star for that!

I thought this would fit any 10" speaker, but it only fits Kicker speakers, so I returned it. If I had a Kicker speaker I still would have returned it, it's just cheap plastic.
