Jim Beam JB0115 Grilling Branding Iron with custom letters Set

I was really excited to find this becuase you can customize your iron to say what you want it to say. However when I got it in the mail I discovered that Jim Beam is a permanant part of the iron and what you write with the letters is the part that can be changed. So if you put initials "JAH" your brand will read:

Jim Beam

JAH

Its back on a UPS truck to amazon :( I wish they would tell you in the description that Jim Beam is a permanant part of the brand. I never would have purchased it.

As previous reviewer noted, "JIM BEAM" is "permanently" affixed to the iron. A grinding wheel easily solves that problem, however.

I was pleased with the item, although, I wish there is more room to place more letters or words. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I would recommend this to anyone who grills alot.
