This is a wonderful product. It stops flare-ups, eliminates dirty grills, and grill marks still sear on the meat. The meats cooked on the mat are juicier, nothing sticks to the mat, including fish, vegetables and kabobs. They all cook in their juices so are moister. Clean up is in soapy water with a sponge/scrubber. I have not figured out why this mat does not melt! Used 20 times, no sign of wear.
I love not having to clean my BBQ evertime I use it. My meats that I cook are more moist and have more flavor as well as my veggies.
