This is a very useful pan for grilling sandwiches, vegetables, meat, or fish. It has a non-stick coating, so it requires little or no oil. It comes with a heavy weight press which ensures good contact between your food and the bottom of the pan, making the food cook fast and evenly. I much prefer grilled sandwiches cooked with this pan because they come out crispy with well-melted cheese, rather than oily and still only partially cooked as they did in my old frying pan. Note that although this pan bears the "All Clad" label, it is made in China. The red apron is nice, too.

this product has everything you would expect from an all clad product, a-one quality. i would just of liked the pan to be a bit larger but i can live with it.
