Pizzacraft Porcelain Deep Dish Pizza Pan

Pizzacraft PC0302 9.75' Round Porcelain-Coated Deep Dish Pizza PanAll I can say is that it's worth the price! I love both the round and square pans. Other than cast iron, this porcelain pan is the next best thing.

This pan is exactly what I was looking for! I wanted something I could make a bigger deep dish pizza in similar to Rocky Rococo's Pizzas.

Nothing can be much better than an old-fashioned homemade pizza using the deep dish method. We just finished our 5th one and eagerly await the 6th one especially since they are so easy to fix using a relatively small 9.75" pan that works so well for the process. I am very careful NOT to use my trusted circular wheel to cut the pizza IN the pan. That, I do believe, would cause undesirable scratches on the surface and render the pan somewhat useless. The porcelain coating permits easy sliding out of the pan for dividing the pie into slices. While this is my first Pizzacraft pan I can see using more of these in the future especially should I ever decide to venture into the land of bigger pies. It was so nice, however, to retire several of our older and larger but relatively useless pans in favor of this new number one pizza pie cooker. Thanks a pan full!

This pan is very heavy and seems to be good quality. I used it to make a lasagna and it turned out good. The pan cleaned up okay. The rolled edges have some sharp places and were rough on my Scotch Brite sponge. I do worry about the porcelain coating chipping with more use.
