Ok folks, it's a spatula, turner, whatever. It is definitely a very high quality product that feels good in your hand. You will never need to replace it.

I bought this because the last time I grilled trout it broke up on me when I was trying to flip it with a much smaller spatula. Well mission accomplished with this bad boy. I had ruby red trout a couple of nights ago and had no problems getting the job done.

Of note, the leading edge is fairly sharp. If needed it does a great job scraping the fish off the grill.

This is a high quality turner and I was happy to find that it has a grippy surface on the back of the handle. However, we are returning it because it's MONSTROUS. Pay attention to the dimensions listed and make sure that is what you want. Just seems a little big for the purpose! Wish they made a smaller one.

It's a perfect addition to my grill. I like it a lot, now I don't need two spatulas to turn the big fish. I just wish they make the neck a little stronger since mine bends now or maybe I am just too strong. Not bad at all!!!
