Grizzly Spit Rotisserie Spit Forks

Grizzly Spit Rotisserie Spit ForksWork great with my Grizzly Rotisserie. Easy to use and seem durable. If you've got a rotisserie with a 1/2 in. spit rod, get a set of these

I bought these to augment my Weber rotisserie when cooking 2 chickens at the same time. I was skeptical at the construction and the gage of wire used for the forks. These are sturdy and completely adequate for not only the chicken, but for ribs, roasts, and a large bird. In fact, I like these better than the 2 fork units that came with the weber and, now, whenever I cook and only need 2, I find that I choose the Grizzly. Love them.

Even as a small child I would balk at the different foods that were thrown on my plate in such a way as to mix up the flavors.Seems to me that to enjoy a meal to the fullest one has to appreciate the different flavors separately. The old adage that it all goes to the same place just didn't cut it for me never has never will. shish kabob's excluded. So as a result of my finickiness I set out to separate my rotisserie meats from rotisserie potatoes by purchasing another set of forks for the spit rod. As a side note grilled asparagus with a butter and fresh garlic basting will knock your socks off.Off topic tho fresh corn right out of the garden with home grown fresh lemon basil cooked in the husk is my other favorite summer treat. Anyway when I got my Grizzly barbecue forks I was really impressed with their sturdiness and construction. Now I will never mix up these wonderful flavors in my back yard barbecues. Just mount them back to back withe the chicken steak roast or whatever and watch the grilling magic happen.these are much better than OEM and well worth the price.

These forks preformed better than i planned, I used them along with the orginal forks that came with my grizzly spit and the held up beautifully. 2 chickens and a beef roast later and my family sat back with big smiles and full bellys. I did how ever use pliers to tighten it to the rods as finger tight didn't seem to hold well through the cooking process. Other than that I use these on a regular basis and I am very plesed.
