This nifty device keeps a good 95% of my sliced up veggies and garlic intact.

A few notes to the first time users...

Don't be afraid to let your veggies blacken somewhat. Mashmallows get totally crisp before they get their good flavor right?

Cook on a high heat and keep stiring.

Steel may blacken, but it won't hurt future cookings.

Have 2 potholders ready to pick this guy up, the metal gets very hot all around.

I learned those last few the hard way, so maybe I can save you some time.

As others have said the stainless steel does darken with use. If you spray oil on it before use cleaning is easier. Also they are dishwasher safe.

I absolutely love the flavor of vegetables barbequed on this product. Don't be afraid to allow some food to blacken somewhat.
