Burger Press is not a tool to cook in (like 3-star member mentioned :-)) but to shape six uniform, 2-Ounce mini slider burgers quickly and easily. Load your meat into the mold and press to shape identical, perfect patties. Line the patty press with plastic wrap or parchment paper for easy transfer to the grill or to freeze.

Bought this for a tailgating contest and it made the prep work sooo much quicker. The patties were a perfect size and cooked very evenly on the grill. Easy to use and clean as well. If you press the parties firmly, they'll pop right out when you flip the tray over.

This is awesome. Not a negative comment, just advice; grease (oil or spray) the inside of the press b-4 adding whatever so it comes out easier
