I enjoy this innovative cookware very much in my office. I use it almost every day in a variety of ways: grilled chicken, grilled fish, garlic bread,quesadillas etc. I don't need to go out for lunch. My evaluation of it is very positive.It certainly ranks a 10+. Don't know how I managed without it. Clean-up is a cinch, requiring very little effort and thus making the entire cooking experience a pleasure.

I received this item as a gift. Now I cook all meats in the microwave. Kebobs come out great. The cooker leaves grill marks. No more messy oven from broiling meats! I usually cook non seafood items for 3 minutes then I turn and decide the amount of time the item needs to finish cooking.

Easy to clean. Just wipe out, that's it.

The only improvement I would make would be to have the steam vents on the opposite end from the spot you grip the handle to lift the lid. That is a small thing compared to the convenience of the cooker.

Great addition to the kitchen for cooking for 1 or 2 people.
