In most settings of the cover, the interior spacing varies by up to 100% from the food space at the front to the space at the handle. I had to bend the support bars in a vice to make the interior space nearly the same front to back. Otherwise any hamburg grilled on them has to be half as thick at the handle end as at the opposite end. Then in flipping the holder its easy to have the locking ring spring out and the contents is then loose and might fall onto the grill. Very nice otherwise.

While I haven't used it yet, I have high hopes because of its construction and heavy-duty wire rack. I believe that it will last us a goodly long while.
