as far as quality goes, this is a great first class product. metal, good welds with a non-stick coating for easy clean-up. one reviewer did state that all the holes are the same size this is true. My problem is that almost all the peppers I buy that I deem big enough to stuff, just barely fit in the hole, protruding only about 1/2" down and therefore, fall over constantly, every time the rack is moved. If the holes were just 1/4" larger in diameter (maybe even an 1/8th) it would be a perfect accessory for my use as it is, i won't get nearly as much use out of it as I hoped.

works well in oven or grill. my only complaint would be that all holes are one size, even as peppers grow to different sizes, some too slender for the holder. works well, and cleans up easily

This roaster is exactly as described and worked great. It is easy to clean and we have used it on the grill as well as in the oven. My only comment would be that the holes could be slightly larger as my garden fresh Jalamundo peppers were mostly too big for the roaster. We use this all the time.
