I used the rack to smoke 17 chicken legs. With the fire and wood chips on one side of the grill and the rack of chicken legs on the other, they turn out great. My grandkids love the taste and before they went home, I had no chicken legs left. The rack keeps the legs suspended off the grill grade and keeps the moisture and flavor in the chicken. Very easy to clean after use.

This works great for stuffed Jalapeno peppers. Need to have the large size though as small ones slip through the holes. Easy, easy clean up which is great as we use cheese in the stuffing or barbeque sauce on chicken legs.
