King Kooker 14103 Stainless Steel Slotted Spoon

This is a great spoon for brewing beer! I would recommend it because it's stainless steel and of pretty good quality. It was made in China but isn't everything these days.

I've tried lots of slotted spoons in plastic and cheap stainless, and all of them were lousy. This one is a huge improvementit wont bend, it's long enough to reach comfortably to the bottom of my stock pot, and it's well-proportioned. The only issue I have is the handle end, which being flat digs into my palm when I lift large things, like a chicken, out of the pot. That's not much of a complaint, and the price is excellent. Recommended.

Every Monday I hard boil 600 eggs for the homeless. This is the spoon that I use to do it. It is well made. It has a long handle so I do not burn my hands when I work with the five gallons pots of boiling water. Two eggs fit nicely in the spoon each time. It is a great spoon.
