Buy Johnson-Rose 21-3/4 Inch X 15-13/16 Inch X 1 Inch Aluminum Sheet Pan Now
I use this pan for proofing and baking bread. It just fits my oven, is easy to clean, and a good weight to support baked goods. I am thinking about getting a second one.Read Best Reviews of Johnson-Rose 21-3/4 Inch X 15-13/16 Inch X 1 Inch Aluminum Sheet Pan Here
Ordered 2 of these pans and found them dented on arrival, but Amazon quickly sent replacements that arrived in good condition. They are fairly thick aluminum and seem to be built well. These baking pans are huge! I measured my oven before ordering to be sure they would fit and they have an inch or two in front and behind for air to flow around them, but nearly touch the sides. I made some peanut butter cookies the other night and was able to fit 20 cookies on one sheet (on parchment paper) and they baked up beautifully, though I did have to increase the baking time by a couple minutes from what I would use with my old nonstick cookie sheets. (I understand that is typical when using the shiny aluminum surface instead of the dark surface on the non-stick sheets.) I had some concerns about whether there was enough air space around the pans, but my test cookies all cooked up very evenly. If I find a difference in evenness after more tests, I'll be sure to update the review. I can't comment on how they clean or how baked food releases from the aluminum because I always use line with parchment paper when baking. (I find it convenient to slide a whole sheet of cookies -still on the parchment paper -onto a cooling rack when they are done baking.)Pros:
Good quality construction.
Very large surface area.
Good solid edges add stiffness and would contain lots of liquid if using it to catch drips under a roaster or pie or whatnot.
Cons:
The edges make it more challenging to slide off a sheet of parchment paper full of baked cookies.
Since it is aluminum, baked goods take a couple minutes longer than on a darker (non-stick type) pan.
*The pan doesn't have much airspace around it, which MAY prove to be an issue in certain applications such as baking multiple sheets at once, but I have not yet had opportunity to test it yet, so this is only an assumption.
I would recommend this product to those who enjoy baking, but make sure to measure your oven first.

I own 5 of these now. The size is great. I use these sheet pans so often for cookies and to put mini loaf pans on when I'm baking quick bread or to simply add another layer under my cake pans so the bottom of the cake doesn't brown too quickly. I purchase parchment paper by the case so I always bake my cookies on a layer of parchment on these sheets. I don't know how the pan would perform with no parchment. I imagine your cookies would stick unless you greased the pan. I like the size because it almost fills the oven. I can get so many cookies on one sheet! I have a convection oven so I put 3 of these sheet pans in the oven at once. A whole double batch of cookies baked at one time! My husband uses these to put spare ribs one (lined with foil) , baked or roasted vegetables, pizza......you can use these for so many things. I highly recommend these.
