I bought this to use with the Stansport Outfitter Series 50,000 BTU Output Propane Stove. For that purpose, it was not the best choice, because it is too narrow to fit over both burners simultaneously. The burners on the stove are very widely placed as well, which means that the middle of the griddle (aluminum, so it doesn't get hot everywhere, mostly just right under the flames,) cannot fry pancakes. I found the website confusing when I was looking for the right griddle to buy, so I feel like that was mostly Stansport's fault. Also, it came to me with one of the side handles bent, like someone had twisted it somehow. That just screamed SHODDY. At this point, this thing would have gotten 3 stars.BUT, I mainly got this griddle because it's nonstick and we cook entirely without oil in our house. I was able to grill pancakes on this with ZERO sticking, just like on my expensive French non-stick crepe pan at home. I was even able to flip them with a serving spoon that's slightly shovel-shaped, since I forgot my spatula on our last camping trip. So for that, this bad boy gets one of its stars back. If it were just a little bigger, I'd give it 5, but for someone with a smaller stove than mine, this thing is a great choice for oil-free frying!
