Speaker Grill Cloth Fabric Burgundy/Beige Stripe Yard 36"

I purchased this grill cloth fabric to finish off a 112 natural wood finish guitar speaker cabinet. This grill cloth has the appearance of a 50's style fabric with the durability of modern materials. The color is true to the image example at the top of the page but you have to keep in mind that the photo was taken on a black background. I spray painted the speaker baffle flat black before attaching the fabric and it blended well with the speaker resulting in identical results to the photo image. The lined fabric was also easy to line up and staple onto the baffle. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to upgrade the look of their project for a reasonable price.

While it may be acoustically invisible and seems durable, it is also so thin that you can see right through it. My intended application had been to hide A/V equipment, but you can see them clearly on the other side. Will have to try to find something else.
