I've only used it three or four times, but it's worked well thus far. I set the elements to between 2 and 2.5 and hotdogs cook nice and evenly. It's a quiet unit, which is nice given there can be a lot of noise in the kitchen or retail area. It really does strike me as a generally well made product.

I have a single complaint however. I needed to drill additional holes into the shield to install it as the existing ones didn't line up.

This cooker has a shield on the back that prevents any juices from splattering on the wall behind as well as funneling the smell/flavor forward to help with hotdog sales! Excellent quality for the price!

I bought this machine through a reseller with great expectations, but it quit working after two very light uses. The rollers had binded up and it smelled like something had shorted out. Got a replacement, however this one arrived dented on the sides even though the shipping box looked undamaged. Would have to assume it was damaged at the factory and shipped out anyway. Luckily, I received a refund, but it wasn't worth the time and hassle. Quality control is obviously not a priority with this company.
