Bought Viante griddle/grill, like the product but when it was still brand new it had a broken part so I contacted the manufacturer/maker/supplier 5 times before I could get a response from them. Called, e-mailed etc. I finally got someone to call me back and was told the part would be sent to me but never received it. If this is their idea of customer service I would not reccomend their products, you will not get any help.Save 24% Off
