Bethany Housewares 070 Lefse Turning Stick

I already had one of these, I purchased this one to go with the lefse griddle I bought for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. It came quicker than the griddle & was packaged appropriately. No dings or anything. I prefer this slender one for making lefse, it's easier to handle it.

The turning stick was attractive but much thicker than I wanted. I was looking for something that was shaped "thinner" on the sides so that it would be easier to slide under the piece of lefse to flip it after you have finished rolling it. This will be more difficult to use as the sides do not gradually increase from flat to 1/4-3/8 inch, but start at that thickness. It's pretty for a decoration, but not as functional as I had hoped.
