21st Century B24A2 Universal Heat Distribution Plate

Have used the grill all summer and it seems to be doing a good job. Helps keep the flare up down.

I was ready to buy a new grill because the heat distribution plates had rusted out. The rest of the grill was in pretty good shape, but Sears wanted about $50 with shipping for new plates, about 25% the cost of an equivalent grill new. Got this universal set of heat distribution plates and they were easy to install. I only ding the plates a star as I now can't light my grill from above like I used to, the slots are too small. I now have to light from the side, which is they way you are supposed to anyway So maybe I am better off.
