I needed a replacement clock radio-telephone combination for my bedroom, and this appeared to be a fun/fanciful product. However, it has turned out to be not so very practical. For instance, the clock dial only lights when a button is pressed or when the alarm sounds. So if you want to know what time it is in the middle of the night, you'd better hope the device is within easy reach. Worse, I have had this product for barely two months and the alarm function--both clock radio and buzzer, have failed completely. Since I did not send in the warranty card within the required 14 days, I am SOL. All that being said, the device has good radio sound quality, and is solidly built. If it weren't for the complete failure of a very much needed alarm functionality I would have rated it 4 stars.

Substandard quality, poor workmanship, flimsey...both the clock and radio malfunctioned within 3 weeks of receipt. Unfortunately I paid $73 for this, price has dropped since, for obvious reasons.
