You REALLY need to coat the mini brownie cups with butter, flour, or SOMETHING when using this; if you don't, the brownie's will begin to crumble when you take them out. I find that using a fork to lift them out (from the sides) works best, and preserves the integrity of the brownie!
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not make enough at one time. I have to keep refilling it too many times. Other than that it bakes well. Stores well. Cleans up very nicely.
