We use this pan all the time. It makes great grilled sandwiches, sliders, salmon and crab cakes.....everthing. Cleanup is really easy. I bought it for several friends and they all LOVE it!!
it so easy to use ,the Burger's did not stick and maturity quickly from all sides.
