This rack is just what I needed for the convection oven in my RV. The rack was easy to assemble and use, cleaning it wasn't too bad either. I highly recommend this product to anyone with a large enough convection oven.
I use this rack in my Nu-Wave oven and it fits perfectly. I stuff the 3 rings with a half rack of pork ribs in each one. I cook on power level 5 for 100 minutes, turn over once and cook on power level 5 for another 120 minutes and the bones easily pull out of the rib meat. GREAT PRODUCT! This rack is awful does hold the chicken or ribs, I wish I could get my money back It was a gift to my husband and he through all the packaging away.
