Old Mountain Pre Seasoned 10151 Cow Shaped Bacon / Grill Press, 7 Inch by 4-1/2-Inch

This is a heavy duty, very good quality cast iron press. This particular one is best on the grill inside or out as it obviously doesn't fit round pans too well. It works great and I bought some for gifts too!

the press worked well, as did as it was supposed to do. IT was heavy enough to flatten the bacon

Does what it is supposed to do however they need to make these so that the screws to attach the handles dont come out on the surface that touches the pan. Although these are flush with the pressing surface i can see it becoming an issue over time causing scratches.....but what is more of a concern is that food/oil can get trapped up in that small cavity where the screw is. But it has worked for me. Several brands attach handles the same way.
