My wife needs a large skillet to cook her Pansit. We did have a nice one we bought at Sam's Club in Houston but it somehow got left behind when we moved to Georgia. We weren't able to find a replacement locally so I checked Amazon and found an ideal replacement skillet. The wife is happy so I'm happy.
Have a similar pan. Heavy & durable... Bought this in order to have 2 pans going simultaneously, but this seems very light and potentially short lived for any substantial usage. Spend more and get something solid.

What makes this pan better than the rest is the lid. It has a bigger lip that has holes to strain. It has a pouring area on each side of the pan. Its great for making ground beef.

Great fry pan easy to poor grease off hamburger meat after browening. My last pan was a TeFel and you had to try holding the lis and por the grease and it was just a mess! Love it!
